What is the Arc Client?
Install Arc

Star Trek Online and PWI Testing tool

So, I made this tool to test the server connection.

It does these things:
  1. Ping
  2. Trace Route
  3. System Info
  4. Dxdiag

Feel free to use, and edit. If you have any suggestions, or improvements, please post them. I will eventually make this work for all PW games.
EDIT: Updated the link, didnt work :P
Get it here
System Specs:
Windows 10
I5 4570 (3.2Ghz)
AMD RX 480 8GB
16 GB RAM

not that i want to begrudge the work you put into this, but...don't most modern operating systems ALREADY include a tool(s) that can do those things?
Like special weapons from other Star Trek games? Wondering if they can be replicated in STO even a little bit? Check this out: https://forum.arcgames.com/startrekonline/discussion/1262277/a-mostly-comprehensive-guide-to-star-trek-videogame-special-weapons-and-their-sto-equivalents

Yeah, but this does it for you. So you dont need to know how to do anything. Its mostly made so anyone can test their connect, at any time.

Nice utility. Sure most folks could probably do this but I like the fact it does everything for you without jumping around to dxdiag and sysinfo. I like it. I'm lazy as well so I really like it.

I'd expect people who don't know how to use the OS tools won't know what to do with the results, either.

I suspect most people who use it will just give the results to support....

:: This will preform a trace route from your connection, to the server. Expect 2 timeouts. They are DNS servers.

    You know..

This all seems a bit unnecessary. Also, the stuff in there doesn't match up with the zip files.
    ping google.ca > baseling.txt
    start notepad baseline.txt

Also, you've got a slight problem right there.
