YOU HAVE MY MONEY... I HAVE NO ZEN!!!!

I cannot contact anyone from your studio... your support page is down.. and no one is responding to my forum and message posts... and i cannot find a single e-mail from your company that will accept my mail... i ordered 1000 in zen yesterday.. it billed my card.... i got a message saying it was a successful transaction. IT WAS NOT.... i did not receive my zen.. and its almost 24 hours later and i didnt get a single response.. everyone else seems to be having troubles as well.. but no one has had this happen to them as far as i could read... this needs fixed.. because as of yesterday... my money was taken and no services were rendered in return... i believe thats called stealing... so please address this. I even messaged one of the people at arcgames that is supposed to be handling this... i cannot express how upset i am without using extremely colorful language... please help

    Take a deep breath and relax, they haven't stolen anything. Is this your first purchase and are you going through Steam? Did you relog and double check your Zen store balance?

    system errors can happen. do you imagine that an officially licensed product refuse to give services?

    i order about 40 bucks in zen a month... it always works... i logged and re logged and re logged for two days now... and i CANNOT get a hold of ANY support or people who can help... so dont patronize me.. and yes... i COMPLETELY expect a licensed company to steal from people... it happens all day every day... and if this doesnt get fixed soon.. it WILL be blown off... so unless you are someone who can place the zen i purchased into my account or can actually help me.. please dont offer your sarcastic 2 cents... the ONLY reason im in the forums is because NO OTHER FORMAT WORKS!!!.. NO SUPPORT PAGE!!. NO E-MAILS!!!.. so... forgive me if i dont take a deep breath and relax until it gets fixed...

    and i just got my card statement in today.... apparently (against policy) they have been removing money from my account without it actually being there... leading to over draft fees... something that isnt supposed to happen... in fact, in the past, when i have tried to use a card with less than enough funds, it was declined by cryptic/arc... so that lead to alot more issues than just them taking my money without giving me my product... this is looking more and more like someone with more knowledge of digital fraud than me is going to have to handle this...

    If transactions are going through with less than sufficient funds, that's your bank, not Cryptic. Cryptic has no way of knowing whats in your account. Cryptic doesn't accept or deny the transaction, that comes from your bank when they request X amount. If your charging zen and being overdrawn, that's your fault.
