If you mean, the episode where they lifted the audio of 'Odo' (Rene Auberjonois) speaking one line (said audio taken from a DS9 episode) - I'd say probably when they have a release date for the "Victory is Life" expansion for Consoles (and that too will be after the PC release.)
I really do hope this means they got some former DS9 actor alumni (including Mr. Auberjonois) to do some VO for STO in that expansion, but time will tell. I understand why they did what they did because this recent episode has probably been ready for months; and they were probably still in contract negotiations - and could get away with doing this as a tease of sorts if such negotiations were successful, but we'll see when the expansion hits PCs.

OP. You need to understand that if it's not in the news feed on the website, no-one in the forums can help you when it comes to release dates for any platform. Cryptic only issues a release date when it's ready for release. In most cases for episodes, it's the Tuesday or Friday beforehand. For expansions, often it's earlier, but that can change, even at the last minute. For consoles, it takes a little longer due to MS/Sony hoops and back-end differences.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.
Services sale on PC was at the start of jan and it's only just come to consoles so I'd guess it's a month or so off as PC also had a sompek event the consoles haven't yet either.

Console had services sale at start of January too.
Only have to look at all the issues in missions that have carried over from the minor grapple gun tether than never goes away to the slightly more game breaking bits of scenery that have a 50/50 chance of not loading in which require a mission reset if they dont.
Can guarantee that when the new ep hits console martok will continue to stand in from of you during the station section which pretty much makes console aiming pointless as the game will force you to shoot him every time he gets close to the reticle.
Consoles have been on par lately, but now PC is beta testing the anniversary event for us.
No...Consoles have NEVER been on par and have ALWAYS been behind the PC release schedule. And Beta testing is done on the PC Tribble public test server, not the Holodeck, the PC game server.

why do you spoil the episode for pc players with your titel?
Not just for PC players since Console ones don't even have the episode yet due to being several months belated for everything, so they're the most exposed to spoilers.

I think they meant that Console has closed the content gap, and released the last few FEs and Events the same as PC. Tzenkethi boxes, Plesh Tral, etc. As to PC "Beta testing", they kinda at, solely by virtue of it releasing there first. Any glitches, complaints, imbalances, etc are gonna be found and fixed when it hits consoles
Oh, you mean the 2 seconds of dialog that he spouts at you, that sounds like it was recorded through a paper towel roll, at the other end of a long tunnel and over the phone?
IMHO it does sound like they just pulled a sound bite from the show with the echoing that it had going on. It was a let down.

Yeah, it was bad enough that if I didn't recognize him, I would never have thought it was his voice from that sound bite..

Fixed, remember this is cryptic!
