Hi there

The above mentioned pack exclusive for PS Plus subscribers was being offered for Free on the U.K. PSN store.

I’ve purchased it and have a receipt from Sony however I cannot seem to redeem this - can you help?

    I'm having the same issue but in the US it is in the C-store but when i go to it it says my your character cannot use this item DQgUHB9.jpg
    my captain is level 31 an im 16% into wasteland hope someone offical pops in an lets us know something also my character is a TOS character

    i talked to support an they are aware of the issue but not sure when there will be a fix

    PlayStation store says it can be used once tutorials are done. Just downloaded it and game today on PS4 and when I go to c store it says I cannot use. I finished tutorials.

    Greetings folks. First I moved this post to the PS4 bug forums since it is PS4 related. I will also say thanks for the report. A TOS captain should be able to use the Steamrunner Bundle, especially once you've left the 23rd century. You guy's will get to use your ships, that's a given. I want to believe we had a couple similar issues on PC when this first came out for us. It might not be as quick as anyone may like but it will get fixed.

    On PS4 and can't claim mine either... I subscribed and bought the starter pack because of this promotion. Got suckered in with the promise of freebies and made a purchase to support the game and now I can't use what lured me in. Sigh.

    Same problem here. I cant find steamrunner or the fed pack i paid for in psn store. neither of the two ships are there for me to use

    Now correct me if i am wrong but the bundle has a lvl 10 and 50 ship yes? I cannot seem to unlock it on my tactical fed but my lvl 60 engineer fed can. What's up with that? Handle on game is @DarkStarOne2011

    I can't find the Klingon starter pack I paid 10 bucks for either. It's the same "redeem after tutorial", but I can't find it anywhere. It's not in inventory, and it's not in promotions.

    I did originally and all they told me was it was a known issue with no known fix.

    Seems you have to be lvl 60 to claim it in C Store on a character. The subsequent characters can claim the ships in Ship Requisition. It's kinda counterintuitive, given that the character that claims it originally in the C Store gets boxes with level appropriate gear for leveling up, but there is no use for lvl 60 for those.

    OK, just saying how it worked for me and for my friends as we also had issues claiming this. That was the general consensus we were able to replicate.

    Just turned lvl 50 and it allowed me to claim. Almost all of what I got is pointless now as it is for lower levels.

    Hello... I've had same problem retrieving the Steamrunner Cadet Bundle. Doesn't make sense it's made for 2 levels of escort.. 1 tier and 5 tier. Says I purchased it and all but can't claim it or use it. So how much am I out on this one?? LOL I wouldn't miind so much but it's something I did pay for. I see where it says it's up to PS problem but if I paid for it and they accepted and the game acknowledges it's paid for then I think it's on the game makers shoulders. Thank you for your help.

    Still having an issue with this pack as well, I asked around the ESD and there was not a single person who has been able to claim it so far. I will update when I am able to claim it. @jewblonsky

    "Next console release" hasn't hit yet, it will when we get next patch, only after that it will be fixed.

    I can't claim mine either. I've been trying to but it says my character can't use this item.
