2 different doff issues

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
on my romulan/fed when doing assignments it keeps saying i dont have the guy needed. yet i do. like alot of them have to do with eather needing a quartermaster or a explosive expert yet i have plenty of them even with the right stats (also dont matter if they are rom or fed still doesnt). doesnt matter if they are common green blue or purple.

the other is on my main fed. i have a doff pack that i says i can claim yet when i click open nothing happens. and i have room for more

    The DOFF assignment requires a DOFF with "Resolve" as a Trait.
    That is what that tiny grayish word next to the "Select" button means.
    Those are required for the DOFF selected for that spot.

    DOFF Pack that does not open... is it still in your INVENTORY???

    If it is in your inventory, right click and "Use" from there and see if it opens.

    alot of the doffs have resolve as a trait. thats why ive been scratching my head on this. even went and bought another blue and purple with it still nothing.

    and no nothing in my inventory. wonder if its one i opened before and it just hasnt cleared in the buying section?

    I ran this one on my Fed yesterday, I believe...I run this one every time it is available.
    Let me check and see what DOFF is in that slot on my character.

    OK the DOFF in there is called "Neal Falconer -- Ground Warfare Specialist". He has Efficient and Resolve.

    BUT checking on another Fed character...I can put ANY DOFF in that slot that has Resolve or Efficient...even blue ones. So, not sure what the malfunction is on your game.

    Not sure. Unless it is somehow stuck in your over flow bag.

    Did you get disconnected from the game or have it crash on you, previously?
    It sounds to me like you may need to verify files, or reboot the program.
