GG again Spartan and thanks a lot for the kind words.
Truth of the matter is that I feel fortunate that there are still some players like you around. Players, who not only have the capacity, but also the eagerness in the first place to make a good fight out of this event. Wear the title with pride on your toons; there are not that many around who can.

Telora@peterconnorfirst cheers for Alethia Psyche.
The feeling is mutual for sure.....
The entire situation, really put me in mind of the old days when STO first started and different fleets worked together to create a dynamic meta for everyone to enjoy far beyond the scope of a reward...

Yeah it's good to see some people actually playing the event for more reasons than just getting the reward
I've done the timed version on most of my alts, but usually did the untimed version on my main characters. I'm happy that in most of the untimed instances I've been in, my team mates actually tried to get as far as possible.
I've also tried to do the event a few times with my melee toon (the 'Voth'/alien in my sig). Which was less succesful, but still fun
I only have one Character that is going for the Rewards. I am trying to get my remaining 13 Characters a few run-throughs for a couple of Merits, and I want to get them all to at least Round 22 to unlock the emote.

That l must repeat the words that come without my knowledge.'
Last night I started to get my Romulan Science Captain ready to make a run at an Untimed to unlock the Emote. Added a Mk XIV UR Temporal Defense Dual Chroniton (most of my Characters are running with that), swapped out a Mk XIV VR MACO Shield for Mk XIV UR Temporal Defense Shield, added Coalition Squad Tactics, Hive Mind, Pack Leader, and Molt. I went in.
Rounds 1-14 flew by. Then 22, emote unlocked. Soon the upper 20s, then 30s, 40s, 50. We made it to 56. The furthest any of my Characters have ever made it. Totally unexpected, especially with a Character that started off not so greatly geared before getting ready for the match.
I have noted the tendency that the Timed all seem to be 5 and die, some with no chat about it. Some Untimed have some of that as well.

I got to wave 2 before my internet wifi kicked me off when someone downstairs started streaming a movie. I love getting an afk penalty for something that's out of my control, however we need this system regardless. And for thos wondering or who know the horror stories, I have Mediacom now. I hate living in a non comcast area.

Today I managed to get to ... whichever wave it is where it swap back to enemies after you get to one skull. doesn't sound impressive does it? Well this was with 3 5-and-diers.... I think I may have soloed the one-skull wave of Cardassians.
Well, my best was lvl 39 in a PUG. I doubt I could do any better. To be honest, I started getting really bored around lvl 20 and by 35 I was tempted to just quit trying. But, I stuck it out for the team. I can't see myself EVER trying that again.
I don't know how you others do it and go 70, 80 or 100+ rounds. What drives you because it's apparently something I obviously do not have?
Hello. My name is iamynaught and I am an altaholic.
With the help of my fleet, OCD, I was able to get the acco for the last toon of mine yesterday.

I want to take this opportunity to thank each and everybody who did Sompek with me the past three weeks. You guys and you guys alone turned this most annoying of all Cryptic events into pretty much the coolest and most fun event I ever participated in STO. I don’t recall being challenged to this extend ever since they patched out the original NWS in 2014. Very special thanks here go to players @lewsimm, @alzlee and @reptilecynrik with whom I played Sompek the most and who did not give the thing a rest until it was done for all our toons in need/want of the 101 accolade. If you ever read this just know that I feel privileged to play in the same fleet you do. We really gave the grind a rest and just played for fun for a change.

You bet it was a great way to get the adrenaline rush going... we really do know how to rock stuff together. We all have our strengths and weaknesses but the 4 of us and our 5th together we blended like a true unit and stuck together to accomplish the improbable! Toasting A Bloodwine to you guys and gals like @cenzeron, @othala#9723 among others. We needed this challenge we haven't been truly challenged on the ground in a long time but nonetheless find ways to make it fun regardless cheers!
I've gotten to 29 before, but I'll admit I was just grinding for the event reward until now. Now that I've got it, it's time to see how far I can really go.

Awesome! Really. Respect...
I firmly agree with your opinion. Shoot nearly everyone on my friend list boycotted the event. Consequently, if it was not for you and your fleetmates, I would not have the accco on my NWS toons.... Additionally, your community has been completely supportive doing lots of other runs with me on advanced and elite too; without any issues - on any runs! Everyone I have interacted with is a STO pro to say the least. You guys rock...
On a side note, I really do believe you should get a special title from Cryptic for getting it on all of your toons as that is a monumental achievement along with doing the event for all of them as well.
In the future when someone mentions the word Sompek, people will respond with 'Sompek, oh yeah, that is an OCD thing....'

The crew I ran with made round 100 twice, to get the victor title for others. Other than that, with a few good pugs. I made it to the realm of round 70.

Hehe sounds nice. What I liked most about Sompek was the fact that this map had the potential to bring the right peeps together in game. You know a map where basically entire communities of dedicated peeps could be built around. So far only ISA and NWS managed that for real.
Being able to get you and @risian4 for our community chat was a big time reward for us. Players like you are *the* expression of good PvEer since you are neither afraid of bad pugs nor have problems with DPS minded peeps. In short you fit into every team and also contribute in every team.
I hope that together we look at a long lasting and fun PvE time in game. Feel free to bring along all your friends you deem right.

I'll always be a PUGger first, but joining your channel was one of the best things to happen to me in the game recently, as was joining the OCD fleet. It's good to know that there is still a lot of activity in some areas of STO, especially when there's also some players like you who take the initiative for events like these.
All missions we've played together since that day were missions with impressive players in them. Just yesterday we did a four-man Hive ground elite. It felt like it could have been normal
