  The Attack Ship is available from the Phoenix and it is T5U. It does not have a Console but it will unlock the JHAS Pets from the Hanger Tab in the Dilitium Store for use with the Jem'Hadar Dreadnought Carrier. They are not going to put an active JH Strike/Recon T6 R&D Promotion Ship into something that is meant to provide access to items no longer available.
  
  The next time they do an Infinity R&D Promotion Event you could get one there if you win the Ship Choice Box. The Strike Ship/Recon Ship may be on the Exchange but if it is it would be at max around 1.5 Billion EC.

  Thanks for answering, I know of the Attack ship and the rest of them, just wish they'd make another way of getting the Strike Ship other than the R&D box I don't need

  But the T5 version doesn't have the console, OP specifically wants the universal console that comes with the JHSS/JHRS.

  Exactly, that's all I want, without the only option being to obtain R&D stuff I don't want with a small chance of getting the JHSS

  And I had either forgotten or never realized that the JHAS did not have a Console. I mean really, the most sought after ship of its time and NO Console. ALL ships have a Console (except for Fleet, Dilitium, or EC Ships).
