I don't mind the cheap price of course, but from a business point of view, I think they should:
A-Remove the UR tier from the Infinity Lockbox and throw those two into the mix with all the other "regular" prize ships.
B-Put those two AND all the past R&D promotion ships into an "Infinity Epic ship" prize box or something
Don't let them promote you. Don't let them transfer you. Don't let them do anything that takes you off the bridge of that ship, because while you're there... you can make a difference.

Vonph is ugly. The archeros looks fine but sounds annoying.
This. The Vonph is a giant POS. Turns like a lead bathtub in a lake of molasses in January and looks like the AI from The Matrix did about thousand years worth of meth before vomiting an idea on paper.
The Acheros is a beautiful ship, but the sound is annoying as all get out. Give us the ability to turn off the sound and I can almost guarantee the price would go up.
Truth be told, I'm surprised they didn't put the 23c dreadnought into the UR T6 pack instead of the regular T6. If any ship released recently seemed meant for the UR pack, it was that set.

Things I want in STO:
1) More character customization options such as more clothing options, letting the toon complexion affect the entire body, not just the head. Also a true RGB color picker applied to all costume and appearance options, which would allow for true appearance customization and homogenous colors instead of "this same exact color looks vastly different on two different pieces."
2) Bridge customization, not bridge packs. Let us pick a general layout and adjust the color palette, console appearance, and chair types, as well as more ready room layout options.
3) Customizable ground weapons, i.e. The aesthetic look of phaser dual pistols but they shoot antiproton bolts. For obvious reasons this would only apply to standard ground weapons.
4) For the love of Q please revamp Plasma Ground Weapons. They look like demented Supersoakers right now.
5) True Vanity Impulse and Deflector effects similar to Vanity Shields.
6) A greater payout for hitting T6 Reputations. Currently it takes more time and resources to get from T5 to T6 than it does to get from nothing to T5. Make that grind really pay out at the end.
7) Mirrorverse Refugee event similar to AoY/Delta/Gamma, complete with new Mirrorverse recruits for all factions.
8) Independent Faction, because yo ho yo ho a pirate's life for me!

Why would they put it in the UR pack? It wasn't in a UR pack in it's own lockbox.

No, but those ships, along with the Kelvin Timeline ships, are so well balanced and stupidly powerful that making them UR makes sense to me.
Additionally, making them part of the UR box would increase the diversity of the box, which could serve to drive up prices and make the other ships more attractive to buyers.

I'm guessing the idea was it should have been a new UR pack in it's own lockbox, with other ships as the regular prize. Which may very well be correct, though there has never been three faction ships as an "Ultra Rare" prize. But if that had happened, it would have offset the problem being discussed, at least somewhat.
Don't let them promote you. Don't let them transfer you. Don't let them do anything that takes you off the bridge of that ship, because while you're there... you can make a difference.

The Quantum Phasics Sets are nice on any ship. I use them on my Fleet Qin Flight Deck Raptor. Commanded by a Lethean SciGuy. Who says you gotta go with the meta all the time?

I'd say the (full) Quantum set is actually NOT that good on the Mesh Weaver, precisely because it only has 10 consoles (and you need 1 console for the Quantum set). So I wind up just doing beam-only stuff in it. This all depends on your personal preferences, of course (like for me, I usually only have 1 spare console, next to my regular gear).

The trait on the Acheros will probably never be used, so that takes out the T6 for the trait argument...
