Bad example, the Elite Scorpion and Widow Reputation Projects got their Doff requirements removed last year and replaced with Dilitium at a rate of 100 per Doff, so 3,000 extra. In fact we could use that change for Fleet projects as well. Much rather we donate 45,200 Dilitium than 462 Common Tactical, Science, and Engineering Doffs. To get the three Starbase Facilities from Tier IV to V requires 69,300 Doffs. That is the biggest holdup in our slow grind up.
Oh yeah, get rid of those stupid Starbase Provisions (Mine, Embassy, Spire, Research, K-13). Waste of Fleet Credits with no return credit. Another thing people shy away from donating.

When hangar pets are active then stop despawning them when a mission moves from one area of space to another.
Fix the bug that keeps resetting bars, fireworks should never be in a primary position on a hotbar.
When you add new things to the UI, like the endeavour bar, make them their own thing and allow us to hide them if we want to.
If someone is playing through missions in an arc stop dumping the next mission in the sequence way down the list or give the option to make it primary when we accept.
Retire that moron philip grey as he obviously can't read his consoles, if someone is in the MIDDLE of the temporal war arc then the timeline isnt ok. And if everything is fine and dandy why does he wait up to an hour before contacting you to tell you there's nothing wrong. Just feels like a random mission thing that was thought of but never got in because it couldnt be monetised as easily since only temporal agents get the message pop up. Really obnoxious on consoles as it fills the whole damn screen.
Rep projects for romulans for warp cores and singularities... why not merge those rather than having them pay double for what is essentially the same item. Same way ships like the lukari one gives both.
Well, turn off that Auto-hail in Options. I never have him bug me.

I thought of a few things that might be relatively easy to implement.
-Filter in admiralty to quickly find my 1x ships
-Auto switch channel to team if channel is currently set as local or zone when entering a queue and then switch back when leaving
-Doff: Collect all rewards button (exception for those that you don't have inventory space for like normal)
-Admiralty: Collect all rewards button
-Right click on player to inspect - Fix so that it shows exactly what ship they are currently flying and not the shuttle they have equipped like it usually does. I am sometimes curious about some of the exotic ships folks are flying, but it is currently not easy to tell.
-If on a space map, show the currently equipped space ship when clicking U key. If on a ground map, show the character when clicking the U key.
Enable GPL to be used for upgrades. At the moment it requires dill wich would be perfect if it wasnt that same dill is needed for about anything else worthy of buying. GPL is an left behind currency, most have plenty.

The bolded part of your statement is exactly why your request will never happen.
In the exchange the compare function should compare the equipment item with those equipped, currently it's borked and shows nothing.
in the Stats pages we (console) should see the same stats that pc see i.e skill based stats, passives etc without having to go to that skills area (captains skills, specializations etc).
Option to move to R&D (from inventory or bank/account bank).
In the exchange a next/previous page function in the item listings, instead of having to sort or change quality etc to find the rest of the stuff, this would also make scrolling easier since it would reduce the number of items per page.
More equipment added to R&D, perhaps unlockable stuff as mission rewards as was done previously.
visual slots for weapons, this would introduce a new cosmetic items "Weapon Frequency Module" with variants for each beam/cannon fx type (non-interchangeable), these could be sold on the C-store or lobi store.
Elite mark rep tokens to be moved to currency menu.
An option to disable the default faction warp trail, this would be good for those that eventually move over to set/rep warp engines.
Make all equipped gear stats auto-update and show the true values (reflecting skills, consoles etc) without having to go to sector/system space to see the changes.

Please make Spin the Wheel an 'optional buy out' mission, like on the trading station at Argelius II. The existing lead up conversation already lends itself to the option. The 'perhaps you could do something for me...' could be countered with '10 bars of latinum?' 'We have a deal, Captain. Always a pleasure to see there are some Starfleet officers who still appreciate the subtleties of busines...'
All that running around, and consoles, and clicking, and beeep biddly beep beep, it's just a timegate, there is no achievement involved, so why not allow a savvy captain to just buy the information?

Unlock a lot of the hairstyles for characters of other races. For example, New Elegant for the female Orions.
Open up the color choices for outfits.
Allow the clubwear outfits to be worn at more than just Risa and Drozana. Nimbus 3 has a dance floor, and there are other social hubs with bars.
For LTS players, unlock some of those borg implant cosmetics for races such as Aliens.
Revert the horrible changes to Stealth Module. It's still a garbage module in its current form.
If you're going to throw new ships into the game, how's about adding new Orions ships? And new Andorian ships?
Add more scar and/or missing eye options to character cosmetics.
Put in the missing Gorn outfits.
Add more things to spend GPL on. After unlocking the dance, the outfit, party popper nullifier, and bridge trophies, what is there left of value from what is supposedly a valuable currency? You could always transfer the lobi outfits and non-combat pets to the GPL store.
The T6(especially) ship list is a bit long in the tooth there and overly encumbered by displaying a lot of ships a character cannot use/claim/buy. The C-Store, in general, could use a UX reevaluation/overhaul. It's not really "friendly" to consumers by today's standards in my subjective opinion.
allow BOFF's to equip costumes like the Iconian one you get at the end of the episode arc
allow console players to toggle autofire for space weapons i.e for when fighting enemies like voth ships
expand beta quadrant to match the height alpha quadrant
get rid of options button bind for both menu and player interaction, put player interaction in the X-button context menu
add a save outfit button for easy changing of BOFF outfits/physical parameters.
add the loincloth/chain anklets etc that gorn nps wear for gorn players.
get rid of the deep space warp popup message while doing tour of the galaxy
add an option to disable the tutorial popups, the lockbox t6 ship award message at top of the screen, the flashing red border while in combat etc
increase item stacks for items such as lockboxes to 99

1) Not sure why these are restricted, I agree open em all up.
2) Not on console myself, but sure, why not.
3) Beta quad will expand when the storyline needs it to. Instead of making the quad bigger, lets have them fill more stuff into the systems of the existing quad.
4) Not sure what you mean, I'm not on console.
5) I think there is one of these already. Well at least on PC there is.
6) I'm all for more costume options.
7) Get rid of it period. They couldn't really eliminate it for just ToD.
8) Tutorial popups I think have a disable checkbox on them. Award messages are a setting in options somewhere. The flashing red border serves a purpose, it shows when your ship is "in combat" and non-combat abilities cannot be used. It's helpful when you are trying to do things like use full impulse.
9) Honestly, I wish all stack sizes were 999 like most R&D mats. But then again I would like to use less of my valuable vault and inventory space.
Console targetting reticle neds fixed so that if you target lock shifting through doesn't track to any friendlies that might be nearby.
The reticle also needs to be a hell of a lot tighter in ground, it's the shooter mode style box that PC folk get but the actual area it detects is more or less the middle half of the screen. We know that console aiming isn't as precise as KB&M but the way it's done means you have to stare at your feet in order to use a console if someone decides to stop nearby.
Red alert status needs to be shortened,a good 5-10 secs between last enemy dying and it going off. Less of an issue on PC but thanks to the limited controls and the way abilities can be "autofired" the red alert setup just wastes cooldown.
Mostly this is a throwback to the console version being a lazy port. Does it work, yes Does it work well not really.
Another console fix that's needed is a better alert for a queue popping than a quick flash of easily missed text and a small ! next to the minimap. There's not even an audio cue for it.
allow BOFF's to equip costumes like the Iconian one you get at the end of the episode arc

4, if you use the options button while in social hubs like esd or Qo'nos when there is another player within the riticle circle (even if they are quite a distance away) it will bring up the player interact menu instead of the main menu.
5, unfortunately that does not exist for console.
7, they could just get rid of it but still keep the barrier, it comes up when going to areas at the edge of the map that are assigned for ToD.
8, there are no options to disable tutorial or reward messages on console, there is already the flashing red alert at the top of the screen, the flashing red border randomly appears when fighting enemies like borg or breen
9, they might go 999 b/c it would put more of a dent on the zen sales for inventory upgrades than stacks of 99

Maybe I am dense. But the only time I regularly see my borders flashing red is while I am being boarded. Usually by borg. Otherwise it is just the Red Alert icon at the top center of the screen.

IF you go from 100% shields and hull to dead in the blink of an eye thats not an insignificant amount of damage done.
Swapping them about on PC doesn't take too long but it's a bit of a faff on console so a dedicated gear slot wouldn't hurt.
