Why 13 seconds? That's really not enough time to do anything of any importance....

I kinda like the idea of looking for the Whale Probe again. And... isn't the Alpha Quadrant due for a visit by the Nexus Ribbon again? And with everything involving the Tzenkethi, Lukari, and Protomatter... are we going to see anything from the Federation's own research from the Genesis Project back in the 23rd Century?
And speaking of Genesis... anyone notice that the Tzenkethi and Lukari both have to deploy a bulky thing on the surface when the Federation had a torpedo sized device that could be deployed via ship?
I can't take it anymore! Could everyone just chill out for two seconds before something CRAZY happens again?!

I just assumed it was because of a totally different race first experimenting with the weapon/device. Just because the Federation had the know how to stuff it in a small rocket like device doesn't mean someone else will follow the same path to knowledge.
And SHHH.... <whispers> Doctor David Marcus took shortcuts...

Thank you. Now we just need the ship that makes that tactic glorious.
