in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
My game won't load when I log into the server. Both my characters are on Rosa and when I log in it loads half way then gets stuck. I can't complete the summer event if I can't log in. WTF!!! Need this fixed today!!!

    I have the same problem today. After I select my character on my PS4 the bar loads have half to load the initial map and it just hangs there.

    There are other threads in this subforum that have a resolution to this. I guess for OP it is to make a new character, beam to Risa, swap to desired one (and not leave your chars over night on Risa, lol)
