Before this necro thread gets locked I'm going to say that Lian is nothing as you described. Since you're new here or new to the forums you'd realize that T6 Connie issue has been discussed ad nauseam for almost seven years. CBS and Cryptic constantly said no. Then the great compromise happened and it was a limited time RD Promo. That's it. It will never likely be a cstore or lobi item for a very, very long time. TPTB do not want them all over the game.
