STO SERVERS DOWN?

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
Trying to log on Xbox one and saying no shards available at this time. Others on my friends list are experiencing the same. Did the server crash? I see nothing on the website about down time.

    So it looks like the servers are up, but a lot of people are having trouble accessing them. We're looking into it.

    Erm... no ones been able to log into sto xbox one for 10 hours now... whats going on? Why is their just silence from the Dev's? Nothing on forums, website, twitter or facebook... last post they made said the servers where back up then nothing? Have they been hac ked or they break the game something?

    "Some people" meaning most of EU and UK? lol

    The issue has been resolved, and servers are back.

    down here and my fleetmates in north america cant access it either just spoke to my inlaws in austrailia same problem so i think its global....

    Yeah I tried to this morning before work and it wasn't working for me. This was in Florida in the USA around 8:30 am eastern time.

    Yeah, I was in the middle of Borg red alert when it kicked me off and it's been down for nearly an hour now

    can't connect?? can anyone help please just started this game 30mins before the server went down, ive been itching to play ever since
