STO ARMADA BUG

please check it as there is a bug in STO for armada so when I had to kick out some fleets out of my Armada and start a fresh armada when trying to try to invite a another fleet it will not let me. please look into this thanks :'(

    please note it keeps thinking I have too many invites beware this is a bug :'( users have notice it but said nothing, armada has no fleets or invites

    You tried re-logging in with the character that is inviting other fleets? Did you completely remove all fleets from your roster?

    You the only fleet leader? If not, is everyone else attempting to invite the same fleets etc...

    all fleets from my roster yes non show at all, I am only fleet leader
