the STO Support keeps telling me to contact you guys by the pwe community email and the forum but I haven't got a response so I will post in multiple places. I have provided my receipt number in multiple emails.
STO support sends me to the forums because pwe communities runs the forums. I have provided the receipt number in multiple emails to pwecommunities. What I want is my EMH BOFF code as promised that's what I want.
What is the forum community suppose to do? All we do is rip new butholes.
All we can say is if we received the code or not to confirm that they were passed out. If their was someone in charge of manually awarding each code and the OP was missed, then there is absolutely nothing we can do. The best advice would be to send a PM to Ambassador Kael, Community Manager of STO.
