Cannot Play The Game, Direct X issue? But how?

When I launch it gives me the error: "Unsupported Video Card: You will be unable to play using your current Video Card. Please upgrade your Video Card to one that supports DirectX Hardware Feature Level 10 or higher. See your Video Card manufacturer's documentation for information on Direct X Hardware Feature Level Support."

My GPU is a Asus Matrix Platinum GTX 980ti. I shouldn't be having this issue.

Also Microsoft tool says my Direct X is already upgraded.

    I just ran the diagnostic tool in Windows 7 Ultimate, it says I am running Direct X 11.

    Ok, so also for some reason GeForce Experience will not upgrade my drivers either. But I deleted the command line in the options in the launcher, and the game is playable again. The command I had entered, that I was told to put in for some reason a long time ago was, -d3d11Enable 0. That's what was messing me up? Why?

    because the "0" stads for "off", as in turn off, if it was "1" it would mean "on" as in turn on, and you would not run into that problem
    do we need a signature? why?

    mine says same thing, however i ran dxdiag and mine says im running dx 12, and sto still doesnt work. any reason why this would be?

    I just took out the command line and the game launches and plays fine. My GPU is 4GB, running DX11. I'm fine now.

    Alpha, did you check your Options tab in the launcher?

    Same problem here. I have a GTX970 and the game is saying that it's not supported, despite the fact that I have been playing in full DX11 since it became available in game. Command line is clean, I've force verified the game and done a clean install of the latest graphics drivers available from Nvidia.

    Update regarding my post. After reinstalling the game from scratch (deleting all left over files, including tribble/redshirt files too) I am now able to use the launcher to log in. If you have updated your graphics drivers etc, and are still getting the same "unsupported video card" message, then you may have to go down this route. My sympathies to anyone on a limited data plan who has to do this. :neutral:
