Help figuring out what ship this is

in Star Trek Online General Discussion
Hi i am trying to find out what the ship is in the first picture how do i get it can a federation toon use it and is it on console vertion the second picture is of the Tal Shiar Adapted Battlecruiser witch we thought the ship in the first picture was but it has slight differences in it can anyone help.

    Where exactly did you get the first picture? It just looks like concept art to me.

    i got it from this page on facebook i couldent tell if it was a real ship and some others on another post i made on facebook couldent either https://www.facebook.com/StarTrekOnlineXboxOne/?hc_location=ufi

    I can confirm concept art for the original Tal Shiar adapted battlecruiser (wasn't sure if it was concept art or fan art at first), the T6 version of which you have as an in-game screenshot in the OP.

    I also wouldn't consider that facebook account a reliable guide to available STO starships. A lot of the images posted to that feed are not taken from Star Trek online (either other games, renderings, and in the case of some of those ships on the collage the TV shows.)

    It's a fan account, don't read anything into it.

    shame that old desighn is better than what we have now looks cool and a little skinnier than the desighn we got now shame.

    It's concept art, not a representation of the ship that's actually in game.

    It's very odd that image appears on the STO page because that ship is not available anywhere. I agree that it looks like a Scimitar Variant, it's just not one that currently exists.

    We will be getting those on the next Infinity Lockbox/Lobi Store Update probably in late May. The Battlecrusier will be in the box and the Destroyer in the Store.

    And by the way, count on a Week later that we will be getting the next new Featured Episode when the new regular Lockbox comes out. Episodes have been released in the new Arc to coincide with a new Lockbox drop.

    Yeah, that image feels much more theoretical Scimitar variant than TSABC to me. VERY different body shape. You can also see it's unfolding for a thalaron burst. That ability was a major factor in the design of the T6 flagship scimitars.

    Its the TSA destroyer as prize, TSA battle cruiser in the lobi store now. Any reason to think that's going to swap?

    They always swap when they T6 a pair. Jem'hadar, Elachi for example.

    Elachi didn't swap. Monbosh/Ornash are both lobi, the escorts are both prizes.

    So do I, I didnt say it actually looked like an in-game scimitar. Let me clarify, last year before the T6 scimitar came out there was a picture of what people thought was the soon to be released T6 scimitar, i think it was from deviant art, it was very jagged looking and aggresive in the body similiar to the picture in this thread.
    So thats where i said it looks like concept art for a scimitar, pretty sure i said concept art like everyone else.

    Consol peasents got a T6 Tal'Shiar Adapted Cruiser should cross check if it is not the Consol version then.

    I think they should take that concept art and make it a Tal Shiar Adapted Carrier :D

    I'm under the impression that all ships in game can be found here http://sto.gamepedia.com/Playable_starship
