I still don't see any fixes for the continuous warping out bug plaguing some people.
If I was in charge I would stop all activity on all games until this is fixed.
So there's a warp out bug that prevents people from playing the game??
More like annoyingly interfering with it.
Ever try to tank and take the heat of someone or try to take out something while your weapons go offline and you warp out and back in again at random? I'd say it was a bug worth fixing.
I've seen this happen to my Captains, but I thought that the damage was happening even if the visuals showed my ship going away and coming right back to the location it left from, still gliding along at impulse, beams still firing ( if a bit stretched out from the warp effect ). The enemy ship always seem to take a sudden jump in damage, from my ship, the split second after my warp in effect ended.
I might be misinterpreting that moment as it makes the game a tad jumpy just about that moment. It steadies out in a second or two.
That said, I always feel bad weird about it when it happens in a Borg or Tholian Alert! PUG.
22h15 utc +1 we can not log in: his is what is called now with America first, thanks trumpy!
That wall must be interfering with the servers somehow.

Have you guys considered having active:active boxes? would prevent this down time - or at the very least can you move the times around so it's not always the European players that get shafted.
So.. all users have to live with two whole days downtime per week now, because its somehow not possible to sit on a patch from tuesday to thursday and do a QA run on it while it lies there?
That's a bunch of boohock.
Please get your act together.
Decide on ONE patchday for a product and stick with it.
If 7 days in between are not enough to ensure quality, skip one and make it 14.
Maintain platforms independantly - if you urgently need to fix one, let the others play in peace. They can't play together anyway, why should patching one system with separate servers somehow influence the others?
Get rid of a (Tribble) test server thats running an entirely differrent version of STO than the live one.
(If it were related, patching the live version would not break things in entirely unexpected, new, differrent ways every single time you threw "thoroughly tested" things at us just to flail and scream when they turn out broken as all hell on holodeck.) It holds zero value to study cats when you're supposed to give a speech about dogs.
You've had a few days since you started your company, yet it seems so far nobody learned from experience.
half past 10pm and servers are still down?
wtf is even going on in your IT department?
seriously, if the guys in charrge cant get the job done, hire different ones.
this is just plain awful...

I think the Tuesday's are hardware fixes / upgrades / updates / reboots and Thursdays are patches
so judging by how long it has been down for and without any further news from any admin / dev / anybody within the customer facing team I think a server must have died or vm host collapsed and they are trying their hardest in getting it back.
still shocking that they haven't advised any people on this on their own forum
Arc will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance at 6 AM PT on 02/21/2017. The maintenance will be for approximately 6 hours. Our engineers will be performing server updates and upgrades during which some web services and games may be delayed or temporarily unavailable. If additional time is needed, we will provide up-to-date information through our social channels, this news page and Arc client emergency message system. Current Status: EXTENDED for the rest off the day (evening and night for Europe)?
All three Cryptic games will be having maintenance tomorrow, 2/21, starting at 6am PST. For Star Trek Online, that means that PC, Xbox One and Playstation 4 will all be down for maintenance from 6am PST to around 12pm PST. During this time, we will be applying a patch to Playstation 4 only. You can find those patch notes here.
We will also, as previously announced, be having a Community Manager crossover livestream starting at 8:30am PST, featuring guests from Star Trek Online, Neverwinter and Champions Online! It will be live on our Perfect World Twitch Channel as well as all three facebook pages. You can find more details about that here!
Thanks for your patience, folks!
Hey how's it going?? You gonna pour me more coffee for my wait??
Just kidding anyways.
The REAL funny thing is PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 are all down.
Yet, you've not even put out patch notes for the other systems. I'm a PC gamer and I find your lack of info disturbing.
So, basically because no one watches your live stream, you have to shut down the other gaming systems besides the actual one you're working on??
The server is unavailable at this time... the server is unavailable at this time. Arc isn't worth the data used to create it. 8 and a half hours of downtime. 8 and a half f-in hours. And they wonder why their clients get so pissed off.

going on 3 pm now and we are still down WTH, how long does it take to do maintenance and put in a patch 12-13 hours, come on guys this is bunk for all the Europe's who are eagerly waiting patiently to play their game.

This is NOT a patch they are upgrading the servers, it's right there in black and white, and when have Server upgrades ever gone to plan ..?
They took apart the servers and then put it back together and found out that they had left over pieces.
That or they have these types of servers - https://ibb.co/n82xRF
I can't think with you reading my signature, plus in the amount of time you spent reading my signature you could've killed at least one enemy.

Still got another 13 minutes to go before they are late, at least according to what it says on the launcher.
Losing faith in humanity, one person at a time.
