DS9 beam in issues NEED FIX URGENT

  ok this issue with beaming down to DS9 is now worse than ever, i very recently went back there and it took 15mins to get down to the station, its gotten to the point where im just boycotting DS9 altogether now, seriously Cryptic need to get a handle on this ASAP!!!!!
