Has anybody EVER got their issues resolved with these "persons"? STO's CUSTOMER Service- SUCKS! They are USELESS. They NEVER help. All they want is our money and they DON'T even try to resolve our issues. They are always pushing it off on the other users. I've had an issue with the system crashed my game, to desktop, repeatedly. And now they will NOT replace the items that have been removed. Just because, "THEIR SYSTEM" can't find the items. They are USELESS, lazy and money grubbing. Also giving "cookie cutter" excuses with NO feelings for my/our loss. I paid $300.00 for the lifer subscription and apparently that doesn't mean anything to them. I've been with them since "day one". Again, that doesn't seem to matter to them either. The greed of this company just saddens and sickens me. I'm sure that there are others here that have had NO help from them as well. It's pisses me off that we made them RICH and now we are their b****hes.
Lost 4 Fleet Modules and they wouldn't replace. Game crashes and then they were gone.
I've used them on 3 occasions, and SURPRISE, on 3 occasions my issues were resolved to my satisfaction. I'm not saying they don't have issues, but in my case, they were on the ball, and fixed the problems I had.
Yes, tone may be a part of it. Also logic, OP: while it may be a fault on Cryptic's side that items went missing, those looking for it and not being able to verify it are not at fault here.
At the same time, while the two times I had to use the service were somewhat slow - I assume the person I was chatting to had multiple windows at the same time - everything got resolved in a short time.
But then again, even if I say so myself, I wasn't acting all ragey, entitled, and abusive during chat.

Their system KEEPS dumping me to desktop and i have "Force Verified" numerous times and even reinstalled NUMBEROUS time. Had my "NERD" come over and check my system for viruses and other issues. NON were present. So, it has to be on their end. Is that concise enough? I don't want to have to go to SWTOR exclusively. I've been with them since Day 1. Even was a Beta Tester. I would expect Customer Service to be just that, "Customer Service". Not the NORMAL excuse they always give me. Ask the other users!
Then how do you explain the fact that most of us never have CTD issues? Are we treated special by Cryptic somehow? Or is it that our computers are different than yours? Ah interesting. Cryptic is the same entity with the same hardware and software yet our different computers do not crash to desktop constantly. Therefore the issue is with you and your unstable system.

You might do well to ask what the difference is. I suspect you lack of control, as demonstrated here, is a factor.

Nope, they are not a moderator, nor do they have authority here, but they tagged one, so expect this thread to be done soon. Maybe they got lucky, but it sounds like your bad experience is the exception, not the rule, so again, look within and ask why?

I haven't had any CTDs since my son built me a computer which could handle STO and the other games I like to play. I'm no NERD, but my son is and I could ask him what could cause a CTD. I'm very sure it's not on STO's end or everyone would be CTD.
Now a LTS and loving it.

Well, if you're this disrespectful to staff then I can understand their not wanting to help. All I was saying is if the CTD was on STO's side then everyone would be CTD. Since the majority of people who have responded do not CTD then there's something in your setup that can't handle the game. I did have problems with it myself until my son built me a better computer.

Never had to contact them so no idea how good they generally are. I have reported a few bugs over the years, none of which have been fixed, but that's a different department.

You weren't "adding" for help, you were raging. The is a difference, and if you can't see it, that's your first problem.
Just because it hasn't happened to you doesn't mean that it "doesn't" exist. They if I'm NOT "adding" for help then be of help! Instead of "busting my hump" try to say something helpful. You would expect me to be of confort to you if the roles were reversed. This is just the last straw here. The live customer service doesn't deal with issues like this, at least that's what I understand OP. I can tell you this, I've been playing this game for nearly 6 years now, on 2 different laptops, and I've only ever had about 5 CTD. They are extremely rarely.
Now, lets just also say, it's the weekend, most of the programmers will be on their weekend break with skeleton staff actually in the office.
And finally, being an LTS does not entitle you or anyone to preferential treatment by Customer Service. You get priority log in and in game perks, and on top of that, no-one is forced, nor pressured into buying anything in the game, that was your choice.
There are many variables that can cause CTD's, including your own hardware.

I can tell you that your dealings with customer service is not typical. The other night at 1am CST I submitted a ticket and I was helped and done in one hour. I also have a ticket still open that has not been completed for the past few months.
You guys were of NO help. And I don't care if you don't like my tone. Your OP is your own. You don't know me that well. I'm normally a loving and caring person. And I have been there for people before. But, NOW I see that I was in error and I will NOT be nice to anybody anymore. Why was I wasting my energies on those whom don't deserve to be nice too? I've FIXED the issue, MYSELF. With NO help from them or any of you. I'm saddened that this forum or at least this section can't/won't be helpful. I would be! Pity. The state of affairs, now a days!

If you don't want to read it, don't post on a Forum with other users who may have different opinions or experiences.
