PC Cant claim Chel Boaig

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
I have today completed the winter runs and claimed the Chel Boaig i have claimed it on all my alts but cant claim on my main and a single alt. Keeps telling me that i need to complete the event on at least one character. I have claimed it on around 13 and unpacked it fully on one in case it need that doing and still wont let me.

    I have claimed it on 14 out of my 16 toons and run race on alt to see if that sorted it its just 2 i cant claim on at the mo.

    Oh well sorted now seems that there was a delay in claiming and it showing up in inventory. i guess i entered.
