Xbox 1 Can't login

So I was playing this morning and started changing a few setting in my Fleet. Now I can't login back into the game please fix in 48 hours or I want a refund and yes I already made a ticket and here is video showing the bug.

    OMG the support thinks moving me to sector space would fix the problem. So looks like I will just put in for a refund since I can't play the game at all.
