In the last 2 weeks, I submitted a couple of tickets either to Bug Reports or GM Help. I go to My Ticket History, nothing is there, except for a ticket I submitted 1,249 days ago.
My first ticket, is the KDF Commander Promotion, which I have read everyone is having problems with. The second one is an actual mission, Mission: The House Always Wins - Communication Shutdown, and I am suppose to defeat everyone, but I cannot find Freighter D'Elon anywhere on the map.
I sent in for help, and it told me to check my email, but it is not in my Email at all.
Anyone else having this issue?

Not about the reporting issue, but to help you continue playing: these might be related, but you will not get a "proper" promotion until you complete the mission you're having troubles with (and I think the one after that), regardless of level.
With the mission: this is tricky since this is one of the missions you can actually fail, but the game won't tell you. Both freighters start off stationary but will start flying off the map once you're getting close, so you only have limited time to kill them. Tractor Beam can be very important here. But yes, if you can't find a freighter it's probably already sailed off into the sunset.
But Senator, the data rod is genuine. the Captain paid good litres of biomimetic gel for it. However the tickets in it ... well ... I do have hopes, that the rod will somehow pass inspections ...
I went to the support page, and made my ticket their yesterday. Hopefully they will respond soon, but I will not hold my breath.
