Where are my tickets!!

In the last 2 weeks, I submitted a couple of tickets either to Bug Reports or GM Help. I go to My Ticket History, nothing is there, except for a ticket I submitted 1,249 days ago.
My first ticket, is the KDF Commander Promotion, which I have read everyone is having problems with. The second one is an actual mission, Mission: The House Always Wins - Communication Shutdown, and I am suppose to defeat everyone, but I cannot find Freighter D'Elon anywhere on the map.
I sent in for help, and it told me to check my email, but it is not in my Email at all.
Anyone else having this issue?

    i send my tickets always from web page. in game reports had some issues last time i tried.

    have a save journey to romulus. plz greet the Praetor for me ...

    If you are using the in game bug reports don't. that has not worked for years. 99.9 percent of those disappear into another dimension never to be heard from again. I believe even Trendy said once that it doesnt work.

    Not about the reporting issue, but to help you continue playing: these might be related, but you will not get a "proper" promotion until you complete the mission you're having troubles with (and I think the one after that), regardless of level.

    With the mission: this is tricky since this is one of the missions you can actually fail, but the game won't tell you. Both freighters start off stationary but will start flying off the map once you're getting close, so you only have limited time to kill them. Tractor Beam can be very important here. But yes, if you can't find a freighter it's probably already sailed off into the sunset.

    But Senator, the data rod is genuine. the Captain paid good litres of biomimetic gel for it. However the tickets in it ... well ... I do have hopes, that the rod will somehow pass inspections ...

    I know for sure that on PS4 after getting the last update, the one with admirality and crafting, all old tickets were closed. So definetly for your PS4 account (perhaps not limited to) you need to open a new ticket or put in a ticket to open your old ticket(s).

    I went to the support page, and made my ticket their yesterday. Hopefully they will respond soon, but I will not hold my breath.

    Inaccurate! I have had many tickets resolved in a timely manner both on PC and PS4 and for both STO and Neverwinter.
