STO suddenly not working!

Logged in this morning, did a couple of missions. Went and had a shower, came back and now the launcher is not working! WTF!?

even the support site of STO is unavailable, says http failure 500 and that means website has a serverproblem and can't be shown.0

yeah i had same issue was stuck on loading screen alt+f4'd out of game now cant get back in :(0

The servers are down, we're aware and working on a fix. An answer from Face Book pm. Now they know.

Same here .Worked this morning but now i get the launcher autoupdate problem.I hope somebody is working on it.0

i am having the same issue. game crashed randomly. now the launcher wont open just getting the error trying to patch box in the upper left corner . launcher does not load0

Still unable to connect - Autopatcher says it's trying...tries about 20+ times then tells me to conatct tech support. Everything else runs fine, only the Cryptic Autolauncher seems screwey. Anyone else still unable to connnect even though others say it is working fine? I've tried connecting from ARC and from my STO Desktop Icon (only ways I "have" to connect) and neither works....0

Hi peoples i have a big problem. When i start launcher and log in hapend 2 diferent things.
1st. Launcher drop himself and my PC after 30sec. (PC start restart)
2nd. Launcher start patch adn after some % jump eror. when i chose send a report PC start restart.
DO anyone know whot is it ? Thanks for answers.0 -
