Purchased two of the Attack Wing Enterprise-E's. Neither code works, both state they are expired. Well done as usual. Any suggestion on how to fix this?

    i think the product wont be activated until next month. ive got the same issue here

    All the websites i've been on say release date for the Enterprise-E is in about 22 days, and they say pre-order. I've pre-ordered mine, so roll on.

    Maybe if you're in the EU or something. Both of my local stores are expecting their second shipment in tomorrow.

    FYI, it took support 3 tries but my codes are now working.

    I bought the figure at my local comic book store but I can't find any mention, anywhere that is any more than speculation, that tells me whether this code will be usable on the ps4. I'd like to know before I open it. Does anyone know for sure?

    I dloaded Arc, tried to redeem the code, all it keeps saying is "The product key you have entered is incorrect. Please check to make sure you've entered a valid key and try again."

    I am typing it in the way it says it on the card/paper and there are no symbols that can be confused. Come on Cryptic!!

    Same Issue here. I got my figure from my local gaming store in person today, and the code doesn't work. If there are websites saying when the code will be useable, please post a link.
    Someone on another thread said the code doesn't work for console, just for PC. Then again, it doesn't seem to be working for PC at the moment, either.

    I got the code to work, and I got my free ship for all my Fed characters. If your having trouble getting the code to work, try this. If you see something like this "lI", try using a combination of lower case L's and uppercase i's. This makes me wonder how these codes are chosen. Was this a mistake on someone's part, or did they do this to us as a practical joke? Or was it just RNG? I hope you all get your ships.

    The real Problem is not the codes themselves but the Font the codes are printed in.

    I just activated my code and received the ship bit noticed there is not an Admiralty Card for the ship. Am I missing something ?

    There is a card. You may have to wait a few minutes for it to show up. Also, it is further up in the list from the Intel Version of the Ship if you have that as well.
