T6 Steamrunner

Long story short, I downloaded and played ST: Armada all day. Never has a video game given me such newfound admiration for a starship. I will definitely be picking it up from the C-Store now, and would shell out even more for a T6 variant.

And yes, I know it isn't actually an artillery ship in STO like it is in A1. Would be so sweet if it was though...

    It's free on Xbox and useable as your first ship :)

    Now that you bring up a T6 Steamrunner, it's actually kind of strange. Normally when they do a major graphics update for a ship, it's actually because of the release of a T6 variant (Galaxy, Intrepid, Defiant, etc.), but the Steamrunner graphics update just accompanied the T1 and T5 variants entering the C-Store instead of being Steam only.

    Kinda made sense to revamp the model a bit for the c-store release. Maybe we'll get a T6 later on down the road.

    You mean it was free on Xbox unless Cryptic decided to let it be available for longer than 2 weeks after launch.

    I much preferred paying $9.99 for it on Steam than the $25 they want for it now in the C-store! ;)
    Sometimes I think I play STO just to have something to complain about on the forums.

    Presumably they spiffed up the graphics for the console version and just added the revision to the PC because it was free money from their point of view
