Artifacts Code

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
I just received an email code for the AOY Artifacts update, however when I went to put the code into ARC it states that the code has expired.

There are no other users who use that email account
I have not entered the code previously
The code is listed as expiring on the 1st Nov 2016

Any ideas on what I am missing?

    The promotion was originally available to only one captain on an account, but was disabled shortly afterward due to some exploiting it--details not provided. Trendy announced yesterday in Galatic News Network this promotion will soon be made available to every player.

    I suspect you'll want to watch there for updates, and/or check the promotions tab over the next few days... <3

    well there should had be a blog but there was just a forum post and the second giveaway has came and gone
