Question regarding my previous post

Is it possible for Arc to interfere with streaming media not connected to Arc? I noticed the issue specifically with Netflix, but now I wonder if it effected anything else. If Arc is running in the background (which it might have been) could it prevent other programs and/or websites from working properly? This is after hours of troubleshooting and advanced repair work being done on the Wi-Fi and Netflix. This is all detailed in my other post. I can't think of another reason for my Netflix dying on me after the tech guy and I fixed it

Even better, has anyone experienced anything similar since the last patch? This only happened when I logged in today and the patch auto loaded.
My Old Blog about things that could and should have been added when I wrote it. Not sure what I want to do with it now. I'll just keep it available now that most of it is outdated.
