STO launcher update fail

Yesterday before server maintenance i went off, and today at morning when i returned no way to enter in game,

When i go to play STO, it stuck on part where it needs to update autolauncher.
Already tryed to restart router, reinstalled game and it still not works.

    I have the same problem. I tried all the things you did and also had no success.

    Prolem solved tho i didn't done nothing, had contacted support, they advised me course of action, but as i saw mail this morning, and before tryed to launch game. Launcher launched this morning without any problem, game downloaded latest update so i can now relax in my favorite mmo

    So if problem repeat at some point then i will sent complete log with advised actions.
