100,000 FC = 250 EC, so 1 EC = 400 FC. Can I buy Fleet Credits for EC? Seems like a good deal in reverse. No? So ridiculousness only goes in one direction.
But wait, it was stated that the conversion rate of EC to FC was being changed to 100:1, but the above shows 1:400.

So yall added: Added a Ship Repair Officer and a Medical Treatment Officer to Starbase 39.... What about updating some of the Captain's Table with that stuff, a ship selector, security guy, duty officer personel contact?? It would all easily fit in the room with the exchange and mail, even has lots of unused consoles and space to put the npcs.
Twilight, Particle Physicist that stole the ship.

Yeah, I can't find it either. I mean I know logically about where it should be, I guess I'll have to look around there
Edit: I just looked, and I found it, it's the 20 Draconis system in the northwest corner near the Breen system
Let us upgrade the Seleya Ceremonial Lirpa and Kri'stak Blade
Don't get too excited. I've read this line in patch notes several times before. I hope this times it's gonna be true...
It works, tried it out and got one Romulan boff recruitment in space and another on New Romulus.
Trekhead gave a good description of what went wrong with the assignment on reddit and how it was corrected
2500 FC + 910 Dil (with Fleet Mine discounts) for Ensign
5000 FC + 2275 DIl for Lieutenant
7500 FC + 4550 Dil for Lieutenant Commander
There are no Commander-level 23rd-Century manuals.
EDIT: Could they somehow move 20 Draconis south a bit? As it is, it's too close to the Deep Space boundary, so the "you don't have authorization" pop-up obscures the contact for entering the K-13 system. As well, the contact for entering K-13 doesn't show up on the side of the system that actually shows the station.
Using the 100:1 ratio given by the Devs of EC to Fleet Credits. The Ensign Level costs the equivalent of 250,000 EC plus Dilithium. Still compare that to the normal Ensign Level Training Manuals of 250 EC.
Are Fleets there to gouge its members? As I said earlier why must EVERYTHING cost Fleet Credits and Dilithium, when they normally cost just EC.
By the way, we are way too late to expect any changes before this hits the streets.

Uhh, ok?
Is there a reason for this, or are you guys just arbitrarily messing with us?
(Lol, just curious. Bought a few of these awhile back, I may have to move them around before this goes live... )
All other Event rewards are Char bind on Pickup, this is the weird exception (probably because she is just a generic Gravimetric DOff), they are just making it consistent.
Yeah, I get that.
What I'm asking is: Why bother? This specific reward is ~2-3 years old and unobtainable (outside of buying them from the exchange from people who still have one). So why spend developer man-hours to make its binding policy more consistant?

Do people actually keep tabs on this TRIBBLE?

Listening to a few of the 'Ferengi' on these Forums, they are constantly pushing that people want exclusive and rare stuff. What it really means is that they can use that line of hooey to jack up Exchange/Channel prices.
I just looked at the half dozen or so Mariah's on the Live Exchange. Price has gone up from a few million EC to 20 - 95 Million EC., with most 85 million and above. These markets react to upcoming update notes very quickly.
I wonder what would happen to those on the Exchange that don't sell in time. They are sent back to the poster who would then have them stuck as they would now be Bind on Pickup.

I'm not 100% sure as I've never dismissed her, but I think you can reclaim her from the Dil store for free (like the other event rewards).
You cannot. That feature was implemented some time after this event ended.
Then the change is really quite pointless, a simple value change (I would assume each DOff uses a generic template, where bind settings are set by a drop-down menu) seems rather redundant to stick on Tribble and not just wait a week or two before it goes to Holodeck.
There is a similar issue in the "Preserved for posterity" part of Cold Case, where the asteroid rubble cannot be targeted easily with beams and not at all with cannons. I spent nearly an hour trying to find an angle at which cannons would work, but nothing seemed to fix the problem.

Also, couple things...
In terms of Admiralty, could we possibly get some confirmation as to when the campaign XP cap timer resets (or add a timer in the UI)?
After completing a Na'kuhl Red Alert, I know it's only 30 min. and all, but, since it's queued like a PVE, any chance we could get a timer in there like the other PVE's have?
Or just remove them as 'Red Alerts' and put them properly in the PVE queues, timers and all, where they belong...
^Words that every player should keep in mind, especially whenever there's a problem with the game...
*checks it* Nope, not yet. And this is releasing in 8 days?
Though I suppose it 'works' with the old lighting, so it's "unimportant".

An otaku goes "UwU, what's this?"
A furry goes "OwO, what's this?"

"So this one is interesting. What happened is that when these were initially set up, they were set up in a way that DOFF assignments were not supposed to be built, but which worked because of a bug that didn't stop them from appearing. Then that bug was fixed and they stopped appearing because the DOFF assignment system was actually fixed, to stop certain kinds of incorrectly-built assignments from appearing, including these. I tracked this all down with some help from our programmers and updated all of the data so that they are now correctly designed and they can appear again. A side effect of this is that they will appear in the Current Map tab, not the Personal tab."

Hmmm....I wonder if this fixed some other ones that used to show up in "Personal" tab, that I haven't seen in a while. Shall have to doff on Tribble, I suppose.
Or just be lazy and wait for Oct 25th.

Have you already fixed how when you're doing the shuffle dance if you switch to another dance the eyes bug out?
Indeed, that is awesome and long awaited.
