First, WTH is PDT and when has a sale ever ended at 10 in the morning pdt?? Then when I put up for sale a lot of 10 lock box keys, immediately see that I forgot a zero and quickly hit the REMOVE LOT button. But does it remove it? Hell no!!! So the person that was obviously trolling got all of them for the cost of less than one key and now I'm out real cash and lost out on $49,000,000 because this game failed yet again!! Really regretting spending the money for a lifetime!!! Can't wait for support to YET AGAIN TELL ME NOTHING CAN BE DONE EVEN THOUGH THE GAME SCREWED UP BY NOT LETTING ME REMOVE THE LOT, LITERALLY ONE SECOND AFTER I POSTED IT. SMH, SO DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW THINGS WORK ON STO!!!!

I'm still wondering how the lucky guy who bought the keys in question off the exchange is a troll?

I mean, it's not like that guy somehow influenced the OP into mis-posting the price, right? Last I knew, party balls, party poppers, and fire extinguishers didn't "penetrate" the exchange screen...

Just like I had to spell out for my support ticket, the length of time between me seeing and realizing that the price was missing a zero and when I started trying to delete the lot was 1 second, possibly 1.5 seconds!!! So in this short, almost miniscule or imperceptible span of time, the person was able to get 10 keys for a small fraction of what I had intended on selling all ten of them, this sounds like either a troll or someone that is so lucky they have been able to win multiple lottery jackpots!! Maybe if there was a delay after every item is put up for sale of even just one second, this would not happen? I admit that I am not perfect, no one is or ever has been!!! Well, if I ever play the game again, I will know to sell everything individually and not worry about making it quick for all involved. BUT THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT!!!!

Read my followup, you know nothing of the type of person I am or the values I try to live by, to show my kids that it is okay to TRIBBLE up. But you still have to take responsibility for your choices and actions(too bad your Presidential candidates didn't live by this philosophy). But in this case, how could someone be able to buy this item within the second and a half that I tried deleting this lot?

The buyer happened to click "search" the exact moment you clicked "post", didnt hesitate upon seeing 10 keys for the price of one and bought them quickly = troll?

How could someone manipulate the exchange to do this? Or manipulate you to put in low ball offer?

And of course this 1.5 seconds is a figure your only giving us. Given your mood likely that is hyperbole.

When someone goes to the exchange and searches for 'Master Key,' the results that come up are filtered from lowest to highest. When you listed your keys they were obviously the lowest priced keys on the exchange at that time. Anyone what was searching for keys at the time would have seen your keys listed first, realized it was the deal of the year and hit 'buy.' What you're doing here is calling people 'Trolls' for simply using the exchange. You are resulting to name calling against people that did absolutely nothing wrong just because you made a simple mistake that you refuse to own up to.

Normally, I sympathize in cases like this, but honestly.. I hope support refuses to help you and you lose all your E.C. The only 'Troll' here is you resulting to name calling and pointing fingers at others because you simply refuse to acknowledge your mistake.
    Insert witty signature line here.

You should be more careful. I have gotten deals like that. As soon as I see an item pop up with a missing zero I grab it. Triple check before you post. Always do it.

Be honest with yourself, Tim. If you'd seen that deal, you'd have leapt on it like a starving Ferasan too.

There's no manipulation of Key prices going on. Too many people are selling too many of them for any chance of that.

Now, for the T6 Keldon, that's a different story. :)

The person that bought the keys at that price, might have put some of the keys back on the exchange... at a much higher price as i have frequently done with stuff on STO and NW ;)

Just like I had to spell out for my support ticket, the length of time between me seeing and realizing that the price was missing a zero and when I started trying to delete the lot was 1 second, possibly 1.5 seconds!!!

I would bet you 10 keys that it was more like 5 seconds.
So in this short, almost miniscule or imperceptible span of time,

Both 1 second and 1.5 seconds are very perceptible fractions of time. We have clocks and watches that can measure that amount of time very effectively.
the person was able to get 10 keys for a small fraction of what I had intended on selling all ten of them, this sounds like either a troll or someone that is so lucky they have been able to win multiple lottery jackpots!!

Your intentions aren't really relevant. In fact, because of the interface and how the exchange works, your intentions are, heh, imperceptible. The person who bought your incorrectly priced lot is not a troll.
Maybe if there was a delay after every item is put up for sale of even just one second, this would not happen?

According to you there was a delay of 1 to 1.5 seconds in your own reaction time so a delay of even just 1 second would not have worked here.

Anyways, I'm sorry this happened to you. You should hit Nabreeki up on his offer to compensate you. And I'm still curious to know how you were screwed over the previous time. What happened man?

Do you realize that there are hundreds, if not thousands of people specifically browsing the exchange looking for mistakes like that???

ESPECIALLY with Master Keys, the #1 selling item on the exchange that people are constantly browsing 24/7 searching for the lowest price listings...

When I sell something, I generally undercut the lowest price, and said item sells within seconds if its popular or minutes if its semi-popular. Obscure stuff might take more time to sell, but either way, if you list a Master Key at the lowest price its going to sell in a second or two at most, period.

Since it's about to be Monday, PDT (Google it, since you don't know what it is) ...and you still can't understand how the Search feature on the exchange works.

Dude... EVERYTHING you've said here, shows that you don't take responsibility for your actions. You try to blame it on everyone else. You are a prime example of "not taking responsibility".

Also, I have no presidential candidate.

Meh. Not like the OP is the only one who's ever done that. lol. I once mis-posted several keys for the price of one. I was sad, but I shrugged then and got more keys to sell :p

OP, the thing you either don't realize or refuse to accept is there are people who spend hours during their game sessions monitoring the exchange terminals looking for such things that you have evidently done. It happens...

You are not the only one who has made mistakes such as this. The thing to do from now on is just double-check your prices before posting things for sale.
