Promotion to admiral level 50 did not recieve ship token

On promotion to admiral level 50 where I should have been able to purchase new ship with a token, mission finished automatically and when I went to spacedock, I did not receive token to purchase new ship.

If I remember correctly, only Those who subscribe to the game get a free ship at level 50. If you are playing for free then level 40 is your last free ship.

How do you subscribe, only option I've seen close to that on console is lifetime membership.

lvl 50 ship is 600 Days vet reward . no free tokens. but from time to time we get free event ships. they can be used after lvl 40. most of them are t6. one of those events comming up 26. i think for pc. other events are winter ,summer and some special mission events.
