Kithomer in Stasis and the Borg BOff: Refuses to succeed,

in Star Trek Online General Discussion
So, on one character, I have this Drone BOff, but an alt is incapable of succeeding.
He has the Assimilated accolade, tried several times again and again, and then some, but no matter how, I don't get the Drone DOff...

Unsure if I am missing something, or...?
Bugged?

Thoughts?

    Can it still be claimed at that omega fleet that hangs out at gamma orionis (sp)?

    I thought i heard they were removing that from the game.

    If you have the correct "assimilated" accolade then you have already 'earned' him, you just need to collect him.
    The accolade indicates you've done the requirements for him.

    Point is, I cannot.
    The ship (Victory, Fed side, tried the KDF side too, ship refused to talk to me, logical, offc...) puts me in contact with the normal guy there, not with Four.
    Which is the the whole thing.

    So that blows if you can't request him anymore.
    have you also unlocked the Borg Collective as required? (likely u have, just asking)

    I have, yes.

    I cannot figure out what the issue is: according to Google, the same accolade without the BOff exists.
    But it should be possible, if you have the BOffless one, to get the BOff on a later time.

    But the fact this accolade should exist, makes me wonder just what I have missed. :S

    For the record, you -have- to reach the Borg story arc, the Borg Advance, in order to talk with Four of Ten, and thus claim your BOFF, I did it recently myself on my AOY alt.

    I've known otherwise in other games, trust me.

    I honestly didn't know there was a live chat option. I think we've only really known about submitting support tickets and just getting automated responses in return and never hearing about it again. So at least among us forumites, STO kinda gained a rep for lack of actual support help and feedback. But hearing this... very interesting.

    Completed this on all my Delta Warriors (Delta Recruit Event).

    What about the non delta warriors? Like AoY warrior? Unless the toon in question is a delta recruit from last year.

    There are many a thread and post here that rips support to no end, ive only heard horrible things about them.

    At any rate, I recently claimed the sci-Borg on one of my Romulan characters who'd never even done Borg ground STFs before. I'm guessing that what Luciana said was true. Said character had actually skipped through the Borg stuff, but apparently that counts.

    It's fairly new, and was a ninja-addition.

    However, I have had very good and reasonably quick support-responses to my few tickets as well. The only one I still wait on getting Attention refers to the model of the KDF Elite-Fleet Disruptor Dual Pistols. They *still* use the model of Sniper-rifles....

    I hope it will not necessary, but should you run an issue, DO try Live Chat...
    Those people really rock, when it comes to helping you.
    They are limited, in powers, which I more than can understand (some issues need to be digged in really, and cannot be done in a jiffy, still.
    They are very kind, polite, and help where they can.
    If it's out of their league, they will forward a mail with ticket for you, even.

    Also, the not-live help desk is bloody good.
    While it can take a few days (due to a large number of incoming issues, and some not resolved swiftly) they are kind, polite and helpful where they can.

    I haven't seen games with such a help desk before, really...

    I never skip a story, being a completionist...
