"Should you find yourself stuck in a mission with no apparent way to progress, please consider the following:
• Check the minimap for any points of interest which may indicate the next objective.
• Review the mission journal (default key: J) for any steps that you may have missed.
• Log off and close the game completely, wait 10-15 minutes, and try logging back on again. This should reset the current phase of the mission, though you may have to replay some parts to catch up to where you were.
• Ask other players for help. Some missions are intended for multiple players and your friends and fellow players may need help too.
• Look over the patch notes or the official game forums. There could be suggestions, solutions, or information about a known issue which could be preventing mission progress.
• Drop the mission and start over. Depending on your progress, this could involve replaying a good amount of the mission so you may want to leave it for last."
Press the "J" key!!! Are you serious? When filling a ticket it asks me what platform I'm on. Its super obvious that support doesnt even read their tickets.
My Klingon and Romulan toons were both stuck here before yesterday's patch. Loaded then both up and the scan option showed up and I finished both with no problems.
the hell it is dec 5 2019. I have shot the thing to 000.00 with no shield. the Inty has one limp torp for and one aft neither has the TRIBBLE to kill the target there is no over load in the setup so it's limp TRIBBLE slapping a limp TRIBBLE. I have restarted twice with all three sucking more than the last. I will drop the mission and hope I never have to come back and do it again. one last thing for those that think they are game dev's, "Your Not. this issue is more that 3 years old. every account that has played this game has ran into the BUG and you have done NODA" pray you never work for me, I will fire you the moment I know you are a dev
March to the sound of iron on iron, ringing the bell of DOOM.
First of all, can you be more specific without swearing? When you get on the new ship, make sure you have your space powers set up the way you want them to be, before heading out in the Enterprise-C. As for this bug, it must have come back in a patch. As for me I have never had this bug happen on my watch but I am not denying its existence. Finally, please do not flame Cryptic. It is unprofessional and is against the terms of service for this forum. Those who work on this game are game developers and it helps when people spot the bugs for them since there is a lot of spaghetti code in this game and bugs can happen or return from the grave after being fixed. Thanks.
