Yes I've restarted this stupid mission 3 times now. This maintenance broken a good chunk of the game. Story is halted as I cant progress, and there's really nothing else to do.

I'm having the same problem right now. The walkthrough says that the bridge officers are supposed to tell us there is no anomaly and have us leave the system, but it isn't happening.

Have just raised a ticket for it under ARC support system - They really should make it easier for you to do this... ;-(

Same problem on PS4. Mission is dead Jim.
There's no way of advancing any further and because at this point your character isn't a high enough level to do anything interesting it effectively kills the game.
It would be nice if we could get some communication from the devs as well. Even if it's just a "hey, we are aware of the problem and working on it"

I've found the same. I reloaded the mission and tried to play. It's missing the text from the bridge officer at the start to and when choosing who to use to create a distraction once the mission begins you can't talk to everyone.

Once you're back the bridge officer text is missing tand there is nothing to scan so the mission can't be completed.

I came across the problem last night and I've just tried again and it's still there.

I hope it gets fixed as otherwise it's pretty much ended the game as you can't progress any further.

I find it pretty unbelievable and disappointing, that we've still had no response or announcement as to when the many issues that people are having with the game at the moment are going to be addressed, or even if they are! A very poor way to run a business indeed.

Had this same issue last night. Cannot leave the area either without joining an event or logging out. Transwarp and depart do not work.

You can drop the mission and leave the area and carry on doing non story events but the end of the mission is still uncompleteable.

Same here. Restarted mission and left ether nebula and Gina back in. Nothing happens. I'm on PS4.

I am playing on xbox one and got the same problem with the anomaly scan at the end of the mission, I switched to my Klingon as I have allready done it with them, so I did mission replay and yep its bugged on that aswell.

Same here, and both my other tools have hit similar walls in other missions. In all 3 cases, in different missions, nhe next part of the mission won't activate, halting progress. Arcgames, how about a statement? Time estimate for a fix?

Couldn't agree more - Has anyone at ARC actually heard of playtesting or commissioning?? I raised a bug report for this about 12 hours ago and I've heard nothing since - No reply if you tweet them either! Sounds like they rushed out the Xbox One and PS4 port of this game without any testing at all!

The game WAS working before the maintenance so it's got nothing to do with testing and more to do with them breaking the game and deciding that if they don't look at the forums then no one is complaining.

I mean who cares what their player base thinks right? I mean it's not like the longer they say nothing the more people just give this up as a broken game and move on.....right?

I am also having this problem on Xbox One. Got to "redacted" and now there is no anomaly spawning to scan. I can't leave the system either, so I'm stuck unless I drop the mission.

You can log out and when you return you will be in the present with the option to return. Or you can join an event like the current PvE one and it will wisk you away.

Same, XB1. Is this part of tomorrow's fix? And how much mission progress will have to be replayed? Frustrating there is a bottleneck mission like this you can't move past.

The NPC flag for the next portion is not prompting and yes this looks like it is on the list of fixes tomorrow. Do not abandon the quest, you can return to it later when it works. Log out or join an event so it pulls you out of the instance.

ive been getting that bug since yesterday and still today on my xbox one hope they fix it. But there is a maintanance today i read the patch note it dose say aboyt the temporal ambassador mission so hope it fixis it.

Odd. I loaded my Klingon into "Redacted," and from where we have all been stuck, I could scan for the anomaly and progressed forward. So I switched into my Starfleet Officer and attempted to do Redacted, but the same issue came up. "Scan for Anomaly" prompt is missing. It may be working for some, perhaps need to drop/redo mission now that its "fixed?"
