tactical boff training...

I am a tac toon at level 60. I am on console. I would like to trainba boff in CRF3. How do i do that?

Until crafting is released, you will need to find a boff that is already trained in the skill on the exchange, and convert to manual.

Well, until they expand the bridge officer interface on consoles, the only way to train bridge officers in anything is through the Crew Stations. This means to train your tactical bridge officer in Cannons: Rapid Fire III you're going to need a high enough rank ship crew station. If it's not then they aren't going to be able to learn it. Away Teams has it easy in this regard, they're only capped there by their own ranks.

I'm a rank 60 tac with a ship with 2 tac bridge officer positions, one 3 slot and one 4 slot, the 4 slot tac bridge officer slot should be able to train crf3 yet there are no boffs or training manuals on the exchange for crf3, but a level 60 tac should be able to train crf3

You need to create a manual, which cannot be done until crafting is available. You can search through boffs for sale on the exchange and find one with the skill, purchase and convert to manual until crafting is released.
