Invalid user name or password

Ok.

Since around 11am yesterday UK time, I have not been able to log in. I first had the message "unable to authenticate: connection to the account server timed out". Now it just says Invalid user name or password. It's a little frustrating. I created a support ticket and did in fairness get a quick response. However, it just said the problem is now resolved. In future please use forum for this kind of problem. It is not resolved!!. I can't find any info online regarding this problem. Would changing to steam help?. I usually log in through facebook but obviously have an arc password. Everything seems in order but still the problem persists. If anyone has a fix please pass it on. I am using Windows 10 64bit and have never previously had any problems.

    The same Marc Poolman en me we have the problem too. We both live in NL. I also was very prustrated en thought as first my computer was the problem en bet on it. But if Marc also had the same problem I noticed the problem is not my computer and so I have find you here in this forum. I also am using Windows 10 64bit and have never previously had any problems too like you. Help us please. But we noticed this problem today at 3 UK time.

    Hi. I solved my problem by uninstalling arc and using steam. I had to re-install game but its working fine noe
