(PS4) Cannot return to ship from Starbase 39

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I decided to nip into Starbase 39 to change ship with the free Andorian Light Escort & then found myself permanently stuck on Starbase 39 with no option to leave. I ask in Chat & everyone says "Hold X & select the option" - the ONLY options I have holding X are:-

(1) Chat
(2) Cycle Camera Distance
(3) Scan Area

Along with my Primary Mission - "Assimulation of the Innocent"

Thus my character is now stuck, unable to progres -

Did Cryptic even bother testing the console ports before making them live?

Any suggestions, please, so my Captain (Lieutenant) can continue with her journey?

    Anyone suggest a way for my character to leave Starbase 39? She is still stuck - 3 days now :-(

    Have you possibly dry docked your ship?

    Ah, good thought - I do not believe so, I originally landed so I could swap into the free Andorian ship, but when I discovered I could no longer leave I swapped back to my original Miranda class, still could not leave.

    Thank you for your suggestion, though. I shall, of coutse, double check when I log in & just make sure I have not dry docked my ship.

    [UPDATE] I can confirm that none of my ships are in Dry Dock - and my character still has no way off Starbase 39.

    Still nothing from the dev's on my Ticket either ... is ANYONE running this game?
    How hard can it be to physically move my character onto a ship?
    I'd have deleted her & restarted had I not already bought 4 more Bridge Officer Slots (400 Zen)
    PLEASE Dev's - just put her in a ship - I can finish my tutorial & have access to 'Beam back to Ship' ... stupid that it was missed out in the first place - would have been found before going Live if you'd had a Beta first.

    Can't remember if you have this option at starbase 39 but have you tried going to the transporter and beaming down to the academy and going back to your ship from there?

    Alas, that option is only available at Earth Space Dock ... the only option I have, although I do not know if it would work, is if I could beam over to someone else's Bridge ... not sure, though, that when I leave I may be placed back on Starbase 39 & still be stuck afterwards. It is a pity the PS4 server is not one server with the PC (as in DC Universe Online) - I would have one of my PC characters attempt it - this is a serious oversight by the Dev Team (the fact I cannot beam out, not the single server) :-(
