I am not much in to comparing stats of all the ships, but they look pretty powerful. Connie has a 1.175 shield mod which is high for that class. Seating is nice where you have the option of cmdr engineering or Temporal agent.
Depends on how you look at it, I suppose. The turn rate alone would make a lot of people consider them OP since Cruisers are traditionally under 10, but the boff seating is a double edged sword. If you want a second Sci seat for PH or ST and a second Eng seat for ET or EPtS too bad, all you've got is a LTC instead of a Lt. and Ens like other ships.
On the flipside, having 3 LTC abilities can be a big plus. And that's not even getting into the specialty seating.
I main a Rommie and I was getting excited to gamble on getting a new shiney for him to fly... until I read 'Enhanced Battle Cloak'
Only useful if you plan in making a torp boat, otherwise normal Rommie battle cloak is superior, and as I don't use torps... no point getting the ship :-(

You're going to need to explain your line of thinking here.
EDIT: Ah, now I understand. you prefer the boosted vape damage bonus. But firing torps while cloaked is really REALLY fun.
When you see "TRIBBLE" in my posts, it's because I manually typed "TRIBBLE" and censored myself.
The triple lieutenant commander seating creates some new possibilities. The 7 specialist slots makes the highly specialized ship trait better than ever. The stats are all around best-in-class excellent. And just for variety, the Fed portion of the trio is generally the worst of the bunch, as the Klingon's Intel + battle cloak and Romulan pilot + enhanced battle cloak (shoot while cloaked) are much more exciting than the Command + cruiser buffs Constitution.
They're not a LOT better than the KT lockbox prize ship & Vengeance, but the power creep IS real.
They're alright. Not anything to write home about. But I guess for the people who really wanted a T6 Connie, now they get their wish. That, I think, is the real takeaway.
Not whether or not the ships are particularly OP, but that the end-game Connie actually exists now.

Its not just the torpedos that fire while cloaked, but those Temporal skills can be fired while cloaked too!
The Romulan ship is an EPIC PVP troll ship, mark my words.

The real kind of power creep - slightly better options, some new possibilities, and after 10 iterations, you got a sizeable difference.

They stand out a bit as first ships with 3 Lt. Commander boff stations giving the options for unique builds you can’t do on other ships. Still there is nothing OP about it because unique builds are almost never best builds.
One could argue that we look at the ”best” Klingon faction ship ever released. The others however get too much head start competition already.
As somebody who got the JJ connie a few weeks back I’m disappointed that the TOS connie has a bit better stats. Still they are hardly as good as to justify it for me to pull the resources to get a promo ship just to replace the lock box one

The Temporal D7 is pretty awesome, but the main selling point of these is that they're faction-specific, iconic designs (and for once, the "iconic" label is warranted). I don't know about OP though, they certainly don't look as utterly paradigm-breaking as the Scimitar and Tempest were when they first appeared.
not very good, they are too great to even be true, 5 weapons at fore, 3 aft and 5 tactical consoles, what more fed player need
and quite manuverable i like it
It's only 4 tactical consoles, even the warbird.
Don't let them promote you. Don't let them transfer you. Don't let them do anything that takes you off the bridge of that ship, because while you're there... you can make a difference.

Assuming the promo packs stay at the current exchange price, and an exchange price of 750 mil when these ships finally hit the exchange, I can get one for roughly 50 bucks plus all the EC my TOS toon has on hand ... the question I have to ask though is, is a single-character T6 Excalibur worth that much to me? I haven't decided yet, but it IS my top favorite ship in the game ... this is tough ...
If it was Connie only, this would be an easy "thanks, but no thanks" for me, but they granted my wish so to speak and included the Excalibur ...

They're not really OP in my opinion.
