    They even restricted the titles in the Temporal pack, so not surprising at all. Apparently Klingon or Romulan can't be a "Time Traveler," despite regularly traveling through time.

    Not that I'd want to be a "Time Traveler," since them lockboxes already gave me the much more awesome "Temporal Mastermind."

    Dreadnought class. Two times the size, three times the speed. Advanced weaponry. Modified for a minimal crew. Unlike most Federation vessels, it's built solely for combat.

    0718 also came with the Temporal Starter Pack, along with the TOS Enterprise and Paladin class ship. Also the Time Traveler title.

    I won a Starter Pack, wish I could afford the full pack, some of the those ships looked awesome. The Paladin is quite nice, though.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    if tovan can sneak with rom-kdf captain and sung typ androids can be kdf then 0718 should be too

    from a different timeline - stranded in our universe...may serve on board of a ship that saved him...
    like the Breen BOff
    like the Reman BOff
    like the Borg science BOff
    like the Jem Haddar BOff

    so I don't see why your Statement excludes him serving KDF or Romulan force - being a Cyborg he can probably even be reprogrammed.
    And if not - if you get to T4 Diplomacy/Marauding DOffing, you can have a BOff from opposite faction as well.

    Or get a Xindi BOff from Lobi Store

    I have plenty of BOffs, so I don't really Need him. I am a collector though and wouldn't mind getting him for my Crews.

    So 0718 cnnot be a KDF or Rom BOff. So what? There are lots of things in the game which one faction can have which other factions cannot. I prefer playing KDF and Rom. I have exactly two Fed chars. Before AoY, I had one. I do not use either of them often enough where getting 0718 as a BOff for their crews is a concern.

    This is much ado over nothing.

    Speaking of, can Fed-Roms use him? Seeing as Fed-Roms can use other Fed boffs. I'd expect no, since "Time Traveler," but asking anyway.

    But you can't make him undismissable, so it won't be the full Tovan experience. :p

    Maybe They could make a Klingon version... 8170 ... using the Klingon Empire Android Engineering Officer Candidate.
