Unable to complete City on the Edge of Never

As the title says, I cannot complete the mission. I get as far as try to talk to the Captain of the Kirk, but it won't allow me, I've dropped and restarted the mission twice but as soon as I get there, freezes up. It allows me to talk to the Temporal agent and gives me credit for doing so, but I cannot complete the Klingon War Arc till this gets fixed.

    Give it a couple of minutes (on the bridge), take a seat, grab a cup of coffee. Took a while too for me to get him talking (still a bug though).

    Same thing happened to me, but I just used the Switch Characters button to log out of the character and immediately went back in and the option to talk to him appeared.

    Well I finally went back and did it and now it worked. Finally able to finish the Klingon arc.
