problem with Arc

i can't launch Arc, I have a message like that., whoops blabla, you may have been maybe banned blabla or your country doesn't allow the connection. I had no problem until a ctd at Kobali.

btw, I have installed a clean Arc, and I still have this problem.

    I am having this problem as well. I was able to log in fine prior to the patch but now I can't log in.

    I could log in right after the patch, but now i get the same error message.

    Someone found a workaround. It worked for me.

    You should be able to launch arc by starting ArcLauncher manually from the game directory.

    Why do they keep breaking things with an update?

    Avoiding Arc and using the launcher from the game directory works fine though.

    It's an Arc issue, not STO it seems.

    tried it does not work either, this happened after the patch. Nothing works
