  I noticed this when I played the mission a couple of weeks ago. This seems to be one of the few bugs lately that's pre-AoY.

  I'd say that about 50% of the missions and dialogues are missing there VO's. Not sure how adding in a new expansion can break stuff like this but there it is.

  Let's not forget "Uneasy Allies" where the VO dialogues with Kyla VanZyl before you've destroyed the Romulans and disabled the freighter aren't even the correct ones with the text. This is very similar to the VO/text mismatch that got messed up with the Guardian of Forever in "City On the Edge of Never" when the Delta Recruit expansion came out and finally got fixed only a couple of months ago.
