in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
ChangleLog: "Tholian Sticky Web Wall" may no longer be used against very large enemies such as starbases.

Reality: cant use it on ANYTHING now.. from little borgs to player targets.. nothing.. cannot be activated at all.. even when its "lights up" in the power-tray as a indicator of valid target in range..

pls fix it asap

    Same problem here. The web generator console is also having problems along similar lines.

    Yeah my button is grayed out all the time. Does not matter what target I'm shooting at.

    can confirm, i can't use sticky web on anything now

    Confirmed. Tried a PvP with a fleetmate and he confirmed as well. Only thing working on it is the passives.

    Experiencing the same issue. It shows as active on my tray, but nothing happens when I click on it... regardless of the target.
