Can't reach Support Properly

So there has been this huge problem. I wanna get my @ Handler name changed right? Whenever I go to the support it takes me straight back to the games section. Even my Smart Phone does the same. Is there any way I can get it fixed? This problem has been going on for almost a week already.

Working as expected for them. You can only reach them if they can't get your money.
