I know several people have gone through the content (with the exception of queued content) in shuttles and T1 ships, but to put 23rd century ships against Na'hkul ships from the future...
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

I found the Na'hkul ships easier to beat in my T1 TOS ship than in my T6 ship on Holodeck. Maybe Starfleet suffers a nerf to it's Fleet somewhere in the future?

Shame about the stupid film grain which ruins the new “TOS Starfleet” character. Its that bad I stopped playing on Tribble.
I must be partially blind, I've played all the TOS content on TRIBBLE several times and I have as of yet noticed this "Film Grain" folks are talking about.
The only thing I've noticed is that distant objects are slightly out-of-focus as compared to the rest of the game.
Or is THAT what folks are speaking about?

This.... It's ridiculous to say a 23rd century starship has the, then, modern day capacity to go toe to toe with something from the 29th century is absurd.... even IF the tholians damaged those ships their base firepower capacity STILL outmatches a connie.
We don't want what the Feds have. We want the equivalent. We want fairer treatment. Concern, desire, greed to some extent, and passionate belief that the enough people would buy KDF items to make it worth Cryptic's while.

No less insane than one 25th century Federation ship vs a Borg cube or a 29th century time vessel.
The games narrative and gameplay never really cared about making sense.

To be fair, the shows were pretty flexible on "sense" most of the time as well. Remember how devastating the first encounters with the Jem'Hadar were? Or the Borg? Sure...there's some advancements and adjustments that are probably made because of those first battles...but still.

So far I'm thoroughly enjoying my time in the 23rd century, and can't wait to play more of it. If I had my way, I think I'd play in that time period forever.
Will this new expansion come with "one free" character slot? I could careless about back story as long as the game is playable, but that's just me.
I seem to remember Mr. Gecko saying that a FREE Character slot and perhaps a Free Ship slot were a possibility, back when he did his Priority One interview a few weeks ago.

If they want people to play the new content without having to delete existing characters, I imagine a free character slot would be in order. They did supply us with one for the Delta recruits.
The content sounds fascinating, and I like how they're tying stuff together and making good connections to episodes and missions...

We got the message that the queen was going to ram the other ship, then we have a cut scene where both ships are in same space a little later there is a light effect and both ships are still there.
Also, please try play the second space battle after the boarding. Doing this fight pretty much is as fun as getting a root canal treatment.
The ship we have (not much option in test with new character and no zen shop) with the ship skills our crew have (not much choice in that either in test) makes the fight an agonizing booring loong fight in which it is hard not to go kaboom since our ship is so agonizing slow and the Na’kuhl have a high damage area attack. I mean the first group was doable but havinga fresh second group come in was not fun.
Guess it might be just a bit hard with right crew skills and better equipment, but as it is........ I really do not want to do that fight again.
Would also be nice if we did not have to travel all over the space map with our snail speed ship.

And to think that that led to all this....

{ pardon my snip }
Oh, god, that right. Starting a new character means warp 5.0 and a slow climb to maybe warp 9.something.
And will 23rd century our Captain's have access to anything like Quantum Slipstream? Does the 23rd Century get a sector map of it's own?
