I'm still baffled, where exactly does it say those T6 ships are TOS exclusive? Even the TOS versions don't say that, the only thing I see is the line that essentially says the last 2 ships will be available to romulans and klinks.

It is a pack explictily for Temporal Operatives. It sais so right in the first sentence. Some items in it are also for Federation toons, but those items are explicitly labeled as such.
It is clear as glass that the ships are for TOS characters.

i think they will be able to use the regular fed ships... once they finish the regular story arc?
you start out in 2270 so you cant use the 2409 ships... but eventually you end up in the future... so you should be able to use the T6 ships.
myself, I am gonna wait and see... worse case I'll start up a new tos toon and finish the tos arcs for the account unlocks... then delete. wont buy pack or any ship.

Was slightly vague tbh but zenorius rex stated in the show that TOS faction would be more like roms. Looks to me like the feds get access to the obouros and the other one, forget the name. So, no T6 crossovers for feds/TOS.
I would dearly love a way for KDF/Gorn to pirate low-tier Fed ships that showed a red bracket in sector to Fed players. Even for just a couple hours.
Like a KDF player hijacks it somewhere near Nimbus and has to pilot it to a breaker yard near Sanek or Cestus before getting intercepted by Fed players chasing it. Have it tie into a reputation system for Piracy where Fed players can buy ship consoles and KDF players can eventually buy a very low tier Fed ship.

What I saw, were several future style federation ships that screamed regular fed to me. If the TOS skins didn't exist I would have assumed the TOS characters wouldn't be able to fly them at all, because the Ent-J skins are clearly not TOS, and as the devs keep saying if it ain't TOS, TOS players can't have it.
The Temporal Operative label on the pack referred to the fact that all ships have temporal operative boff seating, nothing about that suggests the ships are TOS exclusive.

I hope there is what I'd term appropriate crossover. Chronologically I own ships already that "fit". I hope to be able to use my NX as an Lt when the time comes and wonder what the fate of the T1 Constitution that I already purchased is. I'm already wondering what happened to my green command tunic as the AoY Tailor doesn't seem too hot on hooking me up with it. If I wish listed anything for the expansion it would be the NX-01 refit. I love that ugly transitional and would happily throw money at them if they would make one.
Utilizing the NX, her refit and knocking the Daedalus down a tier would put it where it belongs and give a starting platform that suits officers of the three trades. Bump the Connie to T2 to replace the Daedalus. Come on; Who wouldn't purchase that in spite of how well it worked for their Captain?
From the sound of it... TOS Fed ships can only be used by TOS Fed. Like how Rom ships can only be used by Roms. But TOS can use the regular Fed T6 ships... makes sense since they end up in 2410 timeline and there is no way the company is gonna make 4 types of ships going forward... Fed, KDF, Rom & TOS-Fed. If TOS-Fed can use the Fed T6 then they can probably use all Fed ships as well once they finish the TOS story arc, there is probably a lock/flag they need to do before thou.

All I can find are references to TOS being like the RRF. And that means we could command the T4 Defiant, but not the T5 or T6.
As I said, in the interview that happened yesterday. CrypticRock referred to it as a sub-faction, and said specifically that TOS characters will be able to fly the T6 Defiant and all other Fed ships.

TOS playing regular T5-T6 ships doesnt make any sence, why play a normal fed now if i can just play a TOS one and have even more ship options rather that restricting myself to a regular fed and have less ships?

I got many good T6 Traits of my FED Ships and there where not cheap.

the new TOS having access to fed ships means they get all fed ships, traits, etc while rom afiliated to the federation only can get their own ships and traits.
Why is this new faction being treated better that romulans or klingons?
what it seens is that TOS will get fed 2.0 treatment further hurting everyone that decided to be either romulan (even fed side) or klingon.
wouldnt be better to put traits on the C-store so every faction could buy them instead of giving them access to fed ships?
With all this it means the new TOS will the the faction with most ships from T1 to T6.

The number of Fed-only ship traits is actually pretty small, and it's more likely that they'll release another round of cross-faction traits via lock box rewards than that they'll start showing up in the C-store.
I personally wish they'd make traits account unlocked once earned on one toon ... or at least put that option in the c-store ... most of my characters only have one or two ship traits cause I refuse to grind for them all on every toon.
