Hello
I updated the game (skill revamp) and started a mission and found to my dismay, that there was so much lag it was unplayable. I am a lifetimer so I assumed I would get priority connection to the server but that doesn't seem to be the case.
You would think that I would get perfect connection to the server over players who haven't invested a dollar into this game, especially considering I am a lifetimer.
I made a youtube video to show what happened and you can investigate. Here is the link:

Please fix this!

Although this does not appear to be connected to priority lanes .. Probably connected to the coding, that in turn drives the engine of the game.
Lag/rubberbanding No fps problem, i have 120 fps but in a STF like Isa i have a ping up to 8k thats a network/code Problem, like the tiime where they introduced Command ability of ships, also its not allways the same, i think it depends on shiptypes that bring these problems as a friend of mine who i play with has the problem not, and then he has it and i dont have it.
That's about how bad lag gets for me as well. I'm lucky if I don't die from it in game.
It's been like this ever since season 11.5 launch, so no idea if they've got more people than their bandwidth can handle or what. Even the new Red Alert is unplayable for lag.
I have been running CEA and the new Na'Khul queue missions and sometimes they run very smoothly, but sometimes rubberbanding is so heavy i can't even move or do anything it's unplayable. Like you said it's similar like when they introduced the command ships. I have the suspicion that it is somehow connected to players using cannons, but that's just a guess.
I hope they'll fix this today, but hopes are low.

When it happens in a queue everyone else will be flying around blowing stuff up like normal and if the match ends I can pick my reward, I just can't do anything because I'm stuck rubberbanding in place.
When it happens while I'm doing ground content I'll see other players, my boffs, and enemies moving around and attacking, using skills, etc. like normal but I'm stuck rubberbanding in place.
In both cases the chat window is scrolling normally but nothing I type in actually sends.
Also I noticed yesterday that whenever there is a large amount f players online, it a cluster lag fest and SNR's and kicks..So yeah even I think the game servers and engine cant take thye load and they need to upgrade them both..I play swtor also but dont have this issue at all even at peak times..Its smooth through out..
