Game client Crashes Windows finding solution Ever since I did the following as told by support to fix a Stuck issue.
This happens mainly on load map Screens.

You may also try launching the game in "Safe Mode" by following the short guide I've outlined below:

1. Launch the game via Arc

2. Click the "Options" link located at the upper-right corner of the launcher

3. Check the option "Safe Mode"

4. Click the "Save" button

5. Launch the game

Any reason as to why this is happening? and any advice how to fix this?

    Fixed Issue Seems not a good idea to use options safe mode. I fix Issue by a complete uninstall of game which includes Cryptic Dir. then re-install.

    Trying to come back after amonth or so break. downloaded the latest patch and having the same issue, gets to the new dawn splash screen then gameclient.exe stops working...

    Same issue here. Yes I am using AMD. No I cannot update higher than the last 15.x drivers.

    I just played through the mission on another character so this is weird, its character or mission specific....I am going to drop the mission and pick it back up and see if it crashes again
