Little slow Nagus ...Chop off your right foot's pinkie to regain your honor!
Still it looks good ... I'll give them that. I'm not sure if this will end up being a repeat of the Iconian/Delta Recruit (but with ships) but we'll see soon.
Yeah, I'm aware someone posted this link on the 3rd page of another thread, but people shouldn't have to read through 3 pages of random speculation to actually see the news.
Which one, the big one? I'd like to know if the TOS Tellarite model come with the uniform. Can you check?

"No. Men do not roar. Women roar. Then they hurl heavy objects... and claw at you." -Worf, son of Mogh
"A filthy, mangy beast, but in its bony breast beat the heart of a warrior" - "faithful" (...) "but ever-ready to follow the call of the wild." - Martok, about a Targ
"That pig smelled horrid. A sweet-sour, extremely pungent odor. I showered and showered, and it took me a week to get rid of it!" - Robert Justman, appreciating Emmy-Lou
Is the T1 Enterprise just the Constitution or is it a new ship?
Otherwise... I know that packs usually are very allergic to being bought if you already own one of the ships in said pack. And I happen to have grinded my way to the TOS pack. With the Connie. And I'd like not to be immediately unable to buy this pack, should I choose to grind for it.
Yeah, the big one - but not sure how I would check?
Oh, the game is down. Sorry, didn't realize that

In all likelihood, it'll be the same as the TOS Connie we currently have available...although, that one is listed as the "TOS Light Cruiser" on STOwiki, so they might end up being different ships altogether.
On another note, I really like the looks of the Gemini/Sagittarius and the Ranger/Paladin...might reroll my Fed Trill Sci..or my Delta Sci after I get all the rewards for him. The Perseus might come with [Console - Universal - M6 Computer Core], although that's just speculation on my part.
oh great more fed ships, it would be nice if cryptic remembered that there are 2 other factions in the game
And that they had a presence in TOS. Where's the TOS Female Klingon uniform already? TOS Gorns???? Even the a TOS Orion dress would be nice.
None of the T6 ships look like they would belong in the TOS era -_- seriously cryptic. I knew you wouldn't do the ship-that-shall-never-be-named but a compromise would've been nice. Throw us a bone already.
Going by this 'This costume unlocks for all TOS and Federation characters on an account.'
Are we getting a second federation fraction?
I think it will be a faction made up of Fed/KDF/ROM captains who have gone back in time as 'agents'. So it's not a 'fed' faction per say, although it definitely looks like you are playing the role of a Starfleet captain in TOS era.

Not just ships, but Federation-only pack, and with a new ship specialization, higher stats, and starship traits, right after Feds were given access to a battle-cloaking raider, battlecruiser, and science ship in lobi/lockbox.

This isn't a Federation pack, though.
... And at the same time, it is. Weird.
From what I've been able to piece together, there's a new 'TOS'/Temporal Agent faction, and that bundle is their equivalent of the Legacy Pack.
Infinite possibilities have implications that could not be completely understood if you turned this entire universe into a giant supercomputer.

btw . The "TOS" in "TOS-Characters" could also stand for "Temporal Operative Specialization" not "The Original Series" ... so I'd assume this new Faction/Recruit - Characters could somehow start in the TOS Era ... and later catch up with the regular "Factions", because of ... Temporal Stuff (maybe at LvL 50 or something) ... how else would you explain Captains from the supposedly 23rd Century doing STFs and other Endgame Content from 2410, even supposedly having access to 31st Century Ships ...
Point being : It's probably intentional ...

Even if that is true(which I think it is, as I explained in my last post) it seems that all 3 factions are being forced/shoehorned into playing Starfleet officers in TOS era.

Given the presence of non-endgame ships, I'd say that's wrong. More likely, they're an entirely new faction with their own storyline and ships and stuff. Romulans, or maybe Romulans Plus.

But is it a pay to play faction? What do you play if you don't buy this pack - do we get free TOS ships or play TOS content in regular ships?
Considering the pack has already been released I wish they would just release the information blog. The speculation/assumption machine has really gone into overdrive.
Indeed, it's crazy. Although to be fair, usually Cryptic gives some sort of info beforehand, even if it's just hype ads for weeks. This is a new precedent of not giving any kind of information at all until an hour or so before the release

Thank you for the time...

T6 MULTI-MISSION!!!!!! -does happy dance-
Thanks, just for alerting me to that.
QFT
Srsly, a whole fed exclusive ship line up that covers almost every ship type. WTF?
SMITE THE HERETIC!! SMITE HIM NOW!!!
Er ... I mean ... how dare you make such an Obvious Is Obvious and True Is True observation where other people can see it?
But fear not! For Cryptic is hard at work jettisoning 1.5 of the 2.5 factions they've created for the game.

What the heck is a TOS character? (aside from the obvious)
